Very simple to set up the company.

Absolutely appalled by this company. I used them to set up a business address, I have paid and handed over all documentation needed and they have taken my money, however, I have been given no account to login with. I have had no correspondence from them whatsoever regarding setting up an account. I have tried using 'forgot password' on their website and received no email to reset or even set up an account. I emailed and supposedly they reply within two hours, I still have not received a reply. I tried calling and they told me to email or use their live chat service. Obviously, my email has gone unanswered and there is absolutely no one monitoring their live chat feature during business hours. I will be refuting the charge with my bank and getting my money back. You cannot run a business this way.

The process used by 360 to form the ltd company was easy to follow and comprehensive. All done in 72 hrs

the process of registration etc was quite quick and smooth but i am so disappointed with their aftersales/customer service. It can take them days to reply you , so i find myself sending so many follow up emails and then they reply also everything is via emails, you cant call them . Such a good company but such a shame that their customer service and reply time is so bad.

Signing up with a company like Cashplus which is a scam. Set up was fine but when I sent my first invoice and payment was made, they have retained these funds for their review. They have asked for remittance form which has been provided and still no word. Account now locked. They are thieves. Do not use and by default do not trust company formations who could be in on the scam
