The whole course is in different PDF which you read through and answer questions. There is no interactive learning or visual/video learning. I think this could definitely be improved even at the price being charged.

Classes were easy to access, the PDF's contained all necessary info for the course quizzes and exams. 360training posted my completion certificates to TREC within 24 hours so there was no need for me to email them over myself. Great value.
