Definitely will not use this company again. I ordered ASICS Magic Speed 4 trainers advertised as new. When they arrived they were dirty and clearly used with signs of wear on the sole
The company admitted in writing this was a warehouse error and confirmed a refund would be issued.
However, they refused to provide a refund unless I cut/remove parts of the shoes.
Currently unresolved and being handled through Klarna.

The best trainers ever!
The shoes arrived quickly. they're my 3rd pair so I knew what I was getting. Top shoes at a good price. I'm out every day and do 1000 miles a year on them. Comfort, never get sore feet or blisters.Best trainers I have ever had, don't go anywhere without them.

Painful returns process if you are…
Painful returns process if you are purchasing from outside Spain. The item was sat in customs for weeks because 365 rider didn't complete the necessary information. They are now refusing to process the refund. I would advise against using this website.
