It’s been a night mare from the start , I have just requested a refund on an expensive pair of running shoes , sent them back to spain from uk , now the refund is nearly €40 short of what I paid ???? I covered the cost of the shoes and they were not worn . Sent back with tags on and in original box , never even put them on , where’s the rest of MY money !!!!!

Long delivery time.
No information about when I will receive the product.
No chance to track the product.
Still waiting after more than 2 weeks.

19 days after my order, and 10 days after I was notified that the status of my order has changed to 'delayed' without stating the reason, the status of my order in UPS tracking site still is: 'Delayed'.

Paid via Klarna. The payment could not be confirmed, and I never received any response about this. There was no confirmation, no status update, nothing. I contacted the webshop but received no reply. I then cancelled the order myself, again without any response. A few days later I was informed that the order had been shipped and I could track the package. By that time I had already ordered new runningshoes elsewhere. The payment is still listed as open with the webshop via Klarna, but I never received the shoes. I assume it will eventually be resolved, but the communication and transparency have been very poor.

Returned product within 30 days. Confirmed as received by them on 15/12 and refund process commenced. Waiting over 30 days for a refund and no sign of it. Just abysmal experience and have contacted Mastercard to initiate a chargeback. I don’t trust the company, won’t use again and not recommended.

No response as to my return request for over 7 days in a a £200+ item

I bought Puma Velocity Nitro GTX shoes at 365Rider at a fair price. Unfortunately the shoes turned out to be not water resistant. After some miscommunication this problem was taken care of by 365Rider and Puma and I received a voucher for future purchases which I already used.
Shipments from Spain to the Netherlands take a while, but I was aware of this and informed about the process. Customer Service was friendly and helpfull.

The delivery and services was great no issues at all!

My order was placed on December 28th: a sports watch. It was never delivered, even though the stated delivery time was 2–4 days. I tried to contact customer service, but they were never available by phone, and email responses always took more than 24 hours. When I canceled my order, it took them almost a week to process the cancellation and refund my payment.

Overall experience was very good. Only a snag on delivery. My runners were delivered one day outside the delivery window but it was the lack of communications that was disappointing. Would I order again - Absolutely!
