I ordered a crystal mug for my daughter for mothers day, April 18. Four separate times I was told the item was lost and they are resending. As of today, I still do not have the item and it is still in China. I would highly discourage anyone buying from this company. Fortunately my c/c company will reimburse me, but the frustration of trying to find an alternative gift last minute was the worst part of it.

You have been a terrific seller. You sent me the wrong necklace for my granddaughter and replaced it with the one you didn’t send me. It’s lovely and she will be thrilled when I give to her.
