My lenses don’t transitions

These are my favorite glasses, and I buy a lot of glasses. Please bring these back in grey!

I really appreciate how easy it is to order glasses with the same prescription. You all make things easy. The reason for the 4 stars instead of five may be my fault, I'm not sure. I thought I was ordering sunglasses with a blue tint to the outside of the lens for style but what i received was blue lenses so Everton is in blue shade. I was pretty disappointed because I really need a pair of sunglasses.

These took 10 days to arrive, and we live in rural delivery in NZ. They were manufactured and arrived quicker than locally procured glasses.

They are exactly what they say. Not the first time I've used 39dollarglasses, won't be the last time. Very happy so far.

I ordered a pair of glasses to keep a second pair at home. These glasses are just as good and less expensive than the glasses I got through my insurance company. I highly recommend them and we'll use them again in the future.

The experience was great took a bit longer then expected but with multiple frames and the holiday weekend I understood each time I called they explained that the first set of lenses didn't pass qc which I'm a OK with as usual 39dollar glasses takes the hassle out of getting new lenses and frames

I never had a problem reaching customer service, or the company filling the prescription wrong.

They have the policy for 90 day either I didn't like or I damaged never had a problem with the return.

I received the Kennedy frames sun readers just perfect as described on website and they tint black. I received the black and tourise Montclair frames. I love them and get many compliments.
Quick service and I'm pleased.

I sent in a pair of brand new sunglasses with lenses, never worn that I paid $70.00 for. I was told by 39dollar that they would not be able to make new lenses because the curve of the lenses was to round. They said they would return the sunglasses back. Well they did but the lenses that originally were in the sunglasses were no longer in the frames or in the return package. Now I have frames with no lenses....which are useless.

I bought lens replacement service online and mailed in my frames for them to replace the lens. However they broke my frame, and asked me to either have a refund of the replacement lens only mind you they broke my frame! or pick a new frame from them. So I went ahead and picked out the frame that looked most similar to the one I sent in, but unfortunately they don't fit on my face so I sent it back to exchange for a new frame. This time the new frame came in, fit fine on my face but right lens is super blurry so I sent it back for a remake, and now they said their lens is fine and refuse to remake or exchange another pair. Because they broke my frame first, and wasted already over a month of time waiting exchanging, I need my glasses.

1. Have bifocals for kids (because some kids need them, too!)
2. Allowed me to customize said bifocals to fit my child
AND
3. When I reached out to customer service I got a quick response and then when I had to call to verify the customization it was the same person!!

The website was easy to navigate and find the sunglasses that I wanted. I love the virtual try on tool that was very helpful. Got my sunglass when 7 business days and they are a perfect fit and they got my prescription right. I'm really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend using this company
