Our experience was exceptional, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. Within less than a week of our initial inquiry, a consultant visited our home to conduct a thorough assessment and take precise measurements. She was remarkably diligent, ensuring that our final selections perfectly aligned with both our aesthetic desires and functional needs. The installation was completed within two weeks, and we are pleased to report that every window treatment fits perfectly. Our order included blackout cellular shades, motorized shades, and light-filtering options. Given the high quality of products and service, we certainly intend to place additional orders in the future.

I had a very good designer come and walk me through the various options. I also had a fabulous installer who was very careful working in my home and explained clearly how the blinds worked and that the first few weeks I would be "training" them to get in the right position. My only disappointment is that on the blinds for my slider, there is no side panel for the valance, I can see the mounting mechanism when looking from the side. Otherwise, my new blinds are fantastic.

I had drapes and a shade installed. The shade is great. The drapes originally didn't close completely and the installer came back, fixed that a finished programming the powered drapes, but the top of the drapes really look bad. A friend asked me if I got them on sale at Walmart. The installer must not be experienced in hanging drapes properly.

First of all, the sales rep who came to show samples and explain all of the installation process was a gem! Allie was her name, and she is fantastic! Then the installation process went smooth, the two gentlemen who came were real pros and put the new blinds in so quickly and accurately! I didn’t even see them take down the old blinds! Wow! What service! And I am so satisfied with the products!

All the stutters look great. Installer was excellent. Once the order was placed, haven't heard a word from the sales rep/designer. Would have thought a follow-up call would have occurred as a nice "customer service" effort.

The sales rep was knowledgable and professional. Very helpful. Installation was a breeze. Just had a little trouble with communications while waiting for the order to be filled.

Great customer service and selection. I'm very happy with my new blinds, but was disappointed that they were not exactly as I was told they would be, otherwise it was overall a great experience.

Emily came on time and spent time showing us many beautiful products. The time it took for them to be delivered was about a week. The installer was here under 2 weeks. There was a little thing that needed adjusting. They came out 2 days later and fixed it. We are very happy with the whole experience!
