Great experience
From beginning to end the sales rep and the installers were knowledgeable and respectful. We were installing new blinds where some existed before. Everyone did a great job of working with the existing and unusual circumstances of my historic home and windows.
The product is as expected.
The only thing that could be improved is that it would be nice to have communication before the balance due transaction takes place.
