Support is a joke. 20 year old Game play packaged as 2026 edition
Bought it to try it out, considering the 14 day right to return. Didn't know it is classic German bureaucracy and there is no right to return after trying the full version.
Even after order and payment, the license file arrived after two days. Seems like someone manually creates the license file with your name and emails it.
The game or simulator as they call it, was built at least 20-25 years ago. I guess they keep updating the copyright year, without touching the gameplay.
The support feels like a one person company. Mr. Basier replies very late, if at all.
I would suggest to download the free version and play it. The Europa Edition isn't much better than that.
The owner treats you the customer, as a fish who got into the net. Ghosts you, and provide bureaucratic response.
