I received very quick support from Hani at 3D Prima when I had an issue with the SD card reader on my Creality Ender v3.
Within a week, I had a replacement motherboard in exchange for the old one. Good work!
I ordered a E3D Revo which was delivered in less than 24 hours!
After installing it i received an error on my Prusa so i reported this to the support.
I received respons within 10 minutes.
After sharing some information the guy's from helpdesk created me a warranty order.
Things can go wrong with hardware, but the service was splendid to resolve the problem.

Bought a Bambu Lab A1 combo with them, printer had a sensor problem and after I sent them a pictured of the fault, I got a replacement part after 2 days and everything is working fine now.

I had a very positive experience with 3D Prima. I purchased a new K1 Max printer, which was delivered exceptionally quickly, despite the shipment having to travel from Sweden to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, after a few months, a problem with the LiDAR occurred. Upon reporting the issue, I received really excellent support. The contact person was Hani, who handled my case professionally and efficiently.
After verifying the problem, I was informed that replacement parts were being sent. The replacement process was very straightforward – after all, when you get into this hobby, you have to expect that sometimes you’ll need to disassemble the printer, clean it, or replace parts. It’s all part of the passion :)
The printer is now back to working 100% efficiently. I am very satisfied with the customer support and the speed of order fulfillment. I am already preparing to purchase another printer from 3D Prima, mainly because of their excellent customer support and fast deliveries. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products and professional service.

My new printer ordered via 3D Prima broke down after a few days. But Hani a 3D printer engineer at 3D Prima helped me to repair the printer. It took a few days, but the printer is working again! Many thanks to Hani!
My Ender 3 v2 neo had a problem with the thermister i the hotend. 3D Prima solved the issue quick by setting me upp with a new hotend (under warranty) and instructions how to swap it.

Had a problem with the fan shutting down from time to time, and it just got worse. Hani at the Swedish support made the diagnostic that it was the extruder cable and sent me a new cable, as well as a link to how to change it. After the change everything works great!
My 3D printing bed was starting to show signs of wear and tear after only a few months of use. I contacted them for a solution and Hani sent back to me where he explained that he will provide a new bed. Very good customer service.
Hani answered very quickly. and fixed my problem within 30 minutes, by sending a new motherboard. because the sd-card reader stopped working on my 3d-printer.

April 27 (2024) I ordered my first ever 3D printer at 3D Prima. I never heard about the shop but the price seemed to be the most attractive here. After reading some reviews about the store (on Tweakers.net), I bought a Creality Ender 3 V3 SE. I live in the Netherlands and I knew 3D Prima is located in Sweden. So the delivery would take a little longer than a local package. As promised at checkout, my order arrived within 5 workdays at the closest pickup point.
After about 2 months of usage, my printer unfortunately started having issues with the SD card slot. The slot stopped working all together and made my printer crash when I tried to use it. I send two emails to 3D Prima on Sunday. I received a fast and friendly reply on Monday morning, by Hannah and Hani, on both of my mails.
I replied on the mail of Hani as that was the latest mail I received. They send friendly mails and helped me out very quickly. After just two mails for providing my information, I got send a new motherboard for my printer. I was amazed and very happy.
3D Prima seems to trust their customers, and so that gave me trust to order at this store. I bought my next 3D printer (BambuLab P1S Combo) here because of this nice experience. I trust that if anything goes wrong, I get helped out again without any hassle. Thanks a lot Hani (and colleagues)!

I had a problem with my Creality K1. Hani replied quickly and helped me by sending a replacement fan. The fan will probably arrive tomorrow and that will hopefully solve the error the printer gives me. Amazing service
