I ordered mine with Priority service of …
I ordered mine with Priority service of 3-5 business days. They sent me the email notification Monday June 12th with the FedEx tracking number. In the email it states your order has been picked up by the carrier please allow 24 hours before tracking. I waited, and waited. Come Thursday 6/15 it finally shows
It's in MA, it still has to ship to Texas.
Needless to say their customer service says oh the tracking will always so the worst case delivery date. Okay 3-5 business days it means it would deliver by Friday 6/16 at the latest. Has it delivered yet? Nope it won't until 6/21.
I PAID FOR PRIORITY SERVICE!!!!!
NOW I GET TO MISS USING THIS FOR A VERY IMPORTANT EVENT ON SATURDAY 6/17.
THANKS FOR RUINING IT FOR ME!!!

I have tried to order this product …
I have tried to order this product twice and they keep saying my credit card is invalid. The first time I tried to order and got that response I called my credit card company and was assured they number was valid and I have had it for 20 years. Evidently this is not a very well operated company. As much as I would like to have the product, I am have concern about the operation.
