DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!

I paid £400 for 2 barrels and they came damged and i have been trying to get an exchange and no my money back for the last 2 years! I hope the owner cannot sleep at night knowing how many people he has scammed. 45 Gallon Drums. Nathan Pearson!!!

STAY AWAY!! This company practices fraudulent trading!! I placed my order 6 months ago and still haven't seen my drums nor my money back in my account. I sent 100s of emails and made 1000s of phone calls, managed to get through 3 or 4 times but I was told the same thing, they are out of the office and will come back me once they are back obviously they never did!
I had enough and reported this company and director to the following companies:
actionfraud.police.uk,
ftc.gov-faq-consumer,
and watchdog!!

I have never done shaming reviews but I think 45 Gallon Drums deserves one! I thought I should wait until everything was resolved (eventually), anyone hoping to get into UDS by building their own split new drum, please save yourself the time and bother by steering well clear of 45 Gallon Drums. After first ordering and paying for a drum back in May, waiting for delivery before consistently calling, emailing (multiple email addresses) and Facebook messaging resulted in absolutely no responses to try and send me my drum! Thankfully I remembered that I payed through papal so managed to get my money back. 45 Gallon BBQ's had 14 days to respond to my dispute but no comeback was offered... Thanks for wasting my time and keeping my money for 5 months. 45 Gallon Drums had dozens of opportunities to rectify this issue but chose not to . Anyone reading please take heed and don't recreate my misfortune. All the best and happy smoking (If I ever get to build a UDS!)

Despite negative reviews about service, I ordered an oil drum on 9th jan and then sent email on 11th asking when delivery would be. Within a couple of hours they replied that I would receive on the 13th. Ive just received notification from DPD that will be delivered tomorrow so I’m very happy with the price that I paid and the service from 45gallondrums.

Ordered a reconditioned drum from 45 Gallon Drums. It turned up (approx 2 weeks later). Was exactly as expected. Really happy with the purchase.

Cons - lack of communication from the company on order dispatch, tracking number, etc. It was pretty much radio silence from the day of purchase.

@45 Gallon Drums... you need to keep your customer informed on delivery eta, dispatch date and so on. Other than that... thank you for the brilliant drum.

Every time you call them you go through to a E receptionist which says they will call you back but never do

Purchased recondition drum 3 weeks ago no order number no communication they iven got my money but still no drum I'm afraid they are fraud I'm reporting them stay away from this people

It should be stainless steel drum. After 4 months it was all rusty and horrible.
I will never buy again.

45 Gallon drums do exactly what they say on the tin, so to speak!! The prices were reasonable including the cost of transportation, the delivery was on time and they were very easy to communicate with. We have just placed the drums in my mothers garden and they have transformed the landscape. Trees will now be controlled and much easier to manage. Very impressed with the company and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
