My BUMPER STICKERS arrived in a timely manner and carefully packaged. They are crisp and vibrant. It was easy to load my artwork on this site. What I especially liked was that you are able to order small quantities. Will definitely use again.

I had an awesome experience with this company. The banner I ordered was top quality. It arrived 3 days after I placed the order and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely use this company again if I ever need signs or banners.

“I needed stickers in a little bit of a hurry but had a week to order them. I uploaded artwork on a Saturday night and ordered the stickers for, what I thought would be a 48 hour turnover. Including delivery, I believed I had made a good order. It turned out of the three designs I ordered, only 1 was being delivered in time for my event. When I wrote the company, they said this was my fault (something you always want to hear from a company) and it was explained to me that I chose this delivery method. BUT WHY would I choose a different method for the other two stickers? I've used LOTS of websites and I guess this one, is too confusing for an average user. So, OK, we'd have one sticker for our event, but then it didn't come until 3 days after the first day of the event anyway. SO, now I have hundereds of dollars of stickers that are basically trash. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY is my feeling about 480Print. The emails I kept getting from them, I'm pretty sure are also AI generated since the person's name at the end was always a different name. Basically, they don't care abour their customers or more specifially, they didn't care about ME.”

They want customers to blindly place an order, and then if anything goes wrong its on the customer. I called repeatedly for help, spoke with a manager named LIA who refrained to provide any support. These people are proudly pathetic, to the max. They also would not give their corporate office contact because these pathetic customer service people have to cover their back. I will follow up on this directly with their head office via BBB.

Horrible experience and very poor product quality with event tickets. If there was less one star I would have given them zeto. DO NOT USE! I finally got my refund and printed the same at UPrinting and they did a fabulous job.

Ordered 2.5k stickers and paid for rush service and expedited shipping. I explained to rep that these must be received no later than 9/26.

Despite paying fees for expedited service, the stickers were split into multiple shipments, some shipped ground and some were not given to UPS till after promised delivery date. I explained that I can’t wait for this order, it needed to be received in time to be packed for a conference in the UK it’s now too late.

I asked for a refund and was told no because they printed the stickers. I explained the stickers are now worthless, they were for a specific purpose at an event. By the time I receive the shipment the event will be over and the stickers will be worthless. I’m now out $480+ dollars and have no stickers.

This company is dishonest and disreputable and I wouldn’t trust them to deliver anything in a timely manner.

The on line design was simple and effective. The shipping was so fast. The banner is high quality. Its refreshing to get what you think you ordered. All expectations were met or exceeded.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with 48HourPrint. After placing and paying for a simple 100 stickers, customer service demanded that I send them a copy of my State-issued ID, along with other irrelevant details (like device information and county). When I called to ask why this was necessary, they could give me no clear reason.

Not only is this an absurd invasion of privacy, but their staff also seemed intent on wasting my time, Sudenly the manger i was talking too left, refusing to process or refund my order until I explicitly mentioned filing a chargeback with my bank. Only then did they suddenly agree to issue a refund.

No legitimate printing company should be asking customers for ID to print basic stickers. I confirmed multiple times my design had no copyrighted work, I even designed it on their website. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for customers’ privacy is unacceptable. I will never use this company again, and I strongly caution others to look elsewhere.

Order was split and one banner out of 9 were sent to Utah for printing and shipping. Keep things together so they arrive on time. Client on my end was not satisfied as the banner missed a game day deadline.
