The banners were great. Better that I expected.

Banner was beautifully done, stand was sturdy, but it was missing a leg, so we had to improvise... Other than that, we're happy with the product and fast turn around.

Print quality and colors were spot on. Timeliness of order was fantastic. Price point and value are great.

Trying to design a pop-up banner with them - they save you money by sending EVERYTHING customer related to Manila, and their staff has limited knowledge of the even MORE limited design tools. Software is clunky and hard to navigate. They need a complete redesign of the system.

Although the original item sent was slightly larger than the frame they agreed to replace the it to match exactly the size of 18 x 24 which was the expected size

I used 48hourprint.com to create a 4x6 banner for our youth baseball team. They had an easy to use design tool and then worked with me during the proofing process to ensure my images where high quality and even edited a few of my sponsors graphics to remove unnecessary backgrounds improve the look of the overall design.

Customer service was great and the final product was excellent—especially for the price! Would highly recommend!

It was very easy to order and the turn around was quick. When the artwork I submitted with one order was at too low a resolution, I got a call from a staffer who explained the problem and the remedial steps they attempted. I then submitted better artwork and everything turned out beautifully.

I have used the services of 48HourPrint on two occasions and have not once been disappointed. I had to contact them over the phone for a couple of mistakes I made to my designs, and they corrected them for me without issue.
