This hotel is in the best part of town…

This hotel is in the best part of town close to everything, that's the 3 stars. The pool area on the roof is lovely but the pool is freezing so I never used it. Good value for money if you get rooms on the sunny side 319 as my room 308 was dark and cold no sun or balcony. The staff are pleasant but non committal. The room was better then the Blue Sea Costa and Spa 4 star resort, but more like an Airbnb then a hotel room however it has everything I needed and NO COCKROCHES. I turned the fridge off each night as it's extremely noisy. I could hear the man snoreing in the next room all night.The only English channels on the TV were news. The North of Island gets Cloudy in afternoons and cold when sun sets. All in all my stay was agreeable Valerie Coleman

Cockroach on Breakfast Buffet & Worst Hotel I've Ever Experienced & I've been to 40 Countries

9 COMPLAINTS. 1 The room on Expedia said ,"Non-refundable, Free Internet, Breakfast optional" THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM, like others I had to go on another balcony away from my room or sit in the far corridor 2 the phone in my room didn't work for the first 10 days, I was on 4th floor.3 Reception desk advertised tours but they told me to go to a travel agent, they couldn't do it. 4 On day 8 A HUGE COCKROACH on the breakfast buffet cheese, another guest saw it too. 5 I'd written a complaint letter to the manager no reply at all. 6 The reserve cleaner took a bag of food from my room thinking it was rubbish 7 There was a note about transfers on a noticeboard. It didnt say that you have to book one 5 days before you depart. 8 Expedia tried to arrange a meeting with me and the hotel. The manager was never available. 9 Reception said that I had to use them to ring for a laxi when leaving on the day I left not before. The night porter rang at 4.50am approx, there was no answer, then he got one 20 minutes before I asked for it for 5.30am. I leave you to your view of this hotel.
