Absolutely disgraceful - effectively steal money from you as they do not process refunds for parts and tell you they have sent them when they havent. I have been promised call backs, nothing received. Spent hours trying to get my money back and still havent.
Avoid at all costs.
Placed my order and realized I had forgot an item. Went to cancel the order so that I could re-do it correctly but there is no option to edit it whatsoever once it has been placed.
I contacted their email support and received an autoreply saying they would reply in 72 hours! I then talked to someone through their chat online and they told me they would cancel the order. This was less than an hour after the order was placed.
Over a day later I get an email saying the order had been shipped.
2 days after the item arrived I then get an email back from them. Utterly useless.
Not genuine Neff parts, they are generic.
Avoid and buy somewhere legitimate.
Thought I was buying Neff bulbs and tool remover. I was an fool, Dr Fischer bulbs sent and remover in a plastic bag. Can't believe I paid 9pounds for I bulb and over 7pounds for tool remover. I could have got same on Amazon for a third of the price. So please be warned if you think you are getting genuine accessories. Mrs W Ferguson. DELIVERY was excellent but I paid 8pounds 99pence for it next day.
Unbelievably rude and dismissive, unable to work with customer dissatisfaction.
I ordered spare parts for my oven after some accidental damage, placed the order at 9pm last night and the parts have just arrived, less than 14 hours later. Perfect fit. Best delivery experience EVER!!!!
