Lazy, Sloppy, Childish
This company is unprofessional, sloppy, and not trust worthy.
I had a beautiful wood laminate floor. It had some water damage. I won an insurance claim to fix the floor and hired these guys. I decided on epoxy to avoid future water damage.
These guys destroyed my floor. They promised the world but delivered sloppy trash.
My plan was for both of my shops to have a beautiful metallic marble floor. I got a mechanic shop floor, with cracks, old paint, and even dirt stains left under clear epoxy. I paid cash and was given a digital invoice to pay again instead of a receipt.
Ben, the owner, denies his company did the work, but I have pictures of him doing the work with his company shirt on. I have an invoice from his company.
Then he sent his girlfriends to give my business bad reviews. He even responded to my review with attacks on my character and mentioned I'll never be a successful as his girlfriend. Super childish!
