From my initial enquiry, I was kept informed, the team provided great support in assisting us getting our Pakistani passports for myself and family members. They went above and beyond any other services throughout the whole pilgrimage.
We as a family were 11 members, including some in wheelchairs, 5 star provided great assistance throughout our visit. We were very grateful to them in making our experience a memorable experience for life, since our pilgrimage, we have been recommending their services to all our friends and family and to anyone reading this.
Went to umrah as a big family group.
Haji Abid was great- a very calm person who helped us understand the whole process. We got to see many ziyaarats in Makkah, madina and got to go to badr.
We had some issues with the hotel but he managed them, and overall was a excellent experience ☺️
