These pants and the best. I use them for everything to fishing, hiking, work. Cozy and keep you nice and cool in the summer time. They work well for weddings too

Bought my son a 686 jacket. After 1 season, one pocket has totally torn out at both side of zipper. Seams tearing out in several areas. Tried numerous times to contact company. No answer or reply. They do not want to have to justify their crappy products. Been skiing for 40 years, buying kid jackets for use exclusively for ski or snowboard for over 20. NEVER have we only gotten one season out of anything clothing or equipment.

Did not like the product felt cheap and didn’t fit me well they rubbed my Cavs. And the return was slow and they want you to pay a $8 fee
Maybe If I don’t like the pants charge me $8
But if they don’t fit they should return them for free.

First off, I love the pants I ordered. I ordered 2 sizes knowing I would return 1. The pants arrived quickly and the return process was smooth with my credit card being credited within 7 days of my sending the return.

Love the pants, hate the big size back pockets. I don’t understand why so big. I would order more, not until you reduce the size of the rear pockets.

Great experience overall. The pants look and felt great. Only criticism, I felt the size chart was a little off so I was disappoint to have to wait for an exchange.

I bought a pair of snow pants last April. I used them a couple times and loved them. Then came this past December and after a couple more days on snow the crotch ripped. I contacted 686 asking if they have a patch kit because I love the pants. They responded quickly and offered me a complete new pair at no cost to me. I love my new pair of snowpants and they have been great and no rips!!! I will be getting a lot more 686 gear from now on!
