I have received excellent service from Nick.
I had an issue with delivery over Xmas as I was not home when delivered. Nick was responsive and helped me sort out a new date
I now have the products - products also very good ( I bought the shampoos)

Great product - makes my hair well conditioned, shiny and manageable. Love it. Also quick delivery.

72 have changed their formula. I used to love this treatment, but my hair looks and feels disgusting, I cannot go out with it looking like this. I’m washing it off tomorrow after 3 days, I’m interested to see if there is any benefit to this new formula. I won’t have this treatment again, as it’s not possible to go out with my hair looking this awful, I cannot get a comb through it without losing far too much hair, my hair looks dirty. It’s a shame, because I have recommended this treatment in the past.

Update: I've received an email from the company which explains the delay and assures me that the items are on the way.
