Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at All Costs – Read My Full Story Before You Rent Here

If you're considering renting from 751 Storage in Hunt County, read this first.

I was a long-term customer who trusted this facility with numerous classic vehicles, including those owned by my restoration clients, valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. What started as an informal and seemingly helpful arrangement turned into a nightmare of forged or non-existent leases, illegal operations, and threats of auction.

The company was operating under a defunct LLC for months, possibly even years while collecting payments, issuing lien notices, and refusing to release vehicles, even those they had no contract for. Since exposing them, I’ve filed multiple formal complaints with state agencies, including the Texas Secretary of State, the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. I have also forwarded the case to the Hunt County District Attorney’s Office for possible criminal prosecution. Multiple investigations are now underway.

This is not just a bad experience, it’s a warning. If you value your property, your money, or your peace of mind, stay far away.
