This company will steal your money
Beware of buying from this company. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.I have been waiting for 24 days and still not received it. They have received my returns. Customer service is terrible they blatantly lie. They tell you ,you will receive a manual refund and this never appears. You e-mail them for weeks . They respond with a generic response and they will look into it and then you never hear from them until you email again and get the same response.. Still no refund. You call them on the phone and they lie and say they will action the refund urgently and this has to go through to another dept , which never happens .They won't pass you to that dept or when asked pass you to a supervisor. I have opened a dispute with PayPal with them and will NEVER BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN.They are actually breaking the consumer rights law.
UPDATE -Company still ignores my mails, still no refund after now over a month since they had my return. Luckily for me my pay pal dispute was awarded in my favour and they have credited my refund . Incidentally this terrible company with terrible customer service have also ignored all communication from paypal in regards to this dispute .What a disgrace DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you have been warned..
Faulty belt and a company which doesn't care.
For context, this has been my go to brand for jeans and one of my favourite brands for other items for over 20 years. I have around 30 items of this brand in my current wardrobe. I've had no other issues with quality until now.
I bought a belt. Within 6 months the edge trip came away in one section and started to come away in others. I stopped wearing it. I was very busy so didn't do anything about it immediately but decided to contact them within a year as a quality belt should last years. They said their warranty is 6 months. I checked their website and all I could find is that manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years. They said it's wear and tear (without even inspecting it).
Far too many emails have been going backwards and forwards which, in essence, deny it's faulty or a quality issue and refer to a 6 month warranty policy which isn't listed in their terms and of which they have not forwarded a copy. They eventually offered a 50% refund. What good is that? The belt is faulty or of very poor quality. I asked for a replacement belt (but not the same one as the quality is poor) or a full refund so I'm not left out of pocket with a useless belt. They've since decided to ignore me. It's not a huge amount of money but the principle. They should stand behind their products and rectify issues when they occasionally occur. Clearly customer satisfaction means nothing to them anymore.
Appalling customer services , never again
I ordered on line thinking thats this is a premium brand , so should be no problems and in the past buying the jeans and shorts i was happy with the fit and quality , even with the premium price tag , what a mistake , £360 worth of goods i ordered in good time for a holiday , the holiday has been and gone and no sign of my goods been delivered or a refund
I have sent numerous emails , calls with long wait times to Shaunie and Harry in the UK ,promised investigations with Royal Mail , today again with Hannah , i wanted to speak with Shaun the manager , not allowed, call you back within 24 to 48 hours and nothing , am totally shocked at there extremely poor customer service , fed up with chasing the refund , it simply appalling .
No Customer Service
I've loved these jeans for years --- BIUT agree with most of the one star especially about the customer servicer--- The company sends me multiple marketing emails per day and I refuse to buy anything as I still have not received a refund for my last return-- Most companies give the refund as soon as they get UPS noticed--7 For All Mankind has fallen. Also they stopped selling Slims and tried to sell me on the falsehood that slime's were the same fit
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Purchased a size 31 Jean skirt. The button was defective and it was not a size 31. I ordered a size 30 too from Bloomingdale’s to see which one fit better. The size 30 from Bloomingdale’s is larger than your 31. This is fraud to sell defective clothing. And to top it off they offer no returns. Buyer Beware no customer service and they are selling defective clothes. They say it’s not returnable. I could buy something of equal value. Only if they allowed it returned, BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Poor quality and overpriced
We bought a pair of jeans and within 2 months they were tearing at the seams. The jeans are over priced and poor quality!!! We reached out to have them replaced and were told they would not replace them. We will not be buying this brand again!
Poor quality
Poor quality! I used to wear 7 for All Man Kind jeans years ago, so when I started seeing them pop up at my fave shops again I decided to give them a try. I have purchased 3 pairs, and have had issues with all three. The first pair ripped in a bizarre area, frayed in the middle of the seat area with only a few wears. I couldn’t figure out what happened, did I snag it? That would be quite the hard snag/pull to do that to jeans, and I didn’t feel anything so I know now it’s a matter of poor quality. The second pair have worn badly, they don’t look like the jeans I bought any more and now very unflattering. The last pair, the new Logan stovepipe model stretched so much in the knees after one brief wear they look silly, more like a very cheap pair of jeans not $300 designer denims. I actually bought a pair for my husband last year and he also had an issue, they wore and frayed in the thigh after a few wears. Terrible customer service! He reached out to the company and because they had been worn they would not do anything. Of course they had been worn! This is a matter of poor workmanship, how would you know otherwise? But I figured maybe it was a one-off because his jeans had been on sale, so it didn’t stop me from buying my three pairs in the last year. I wish it had! All of mine had been full price. I decided to take back the Logan’s with the stretched knees after 1.5 hrs of wear to the boutique where I thought them so they could follow up with the company rep. They recently told me after well over a week that they would give me a store credit for the jeans. I assume this retailer is doing this for good customer service, not because the company has stood behind their product because they can only offer a credit. They should not be on the hook for this. Run!! Save your money! My many pairs of Mother jeans have never given me issues.
Poor quality, high price
Hello, I wanted to reach out because my daughter has purchased numerous pairs of 7 brand jeans. The first 3-4 pair she bought held up well. The last 4 pairs she has purchased have ripped in unusual places with normal wear. This most recent pair has torn on the inner seat area between the pocket and mid seam. As a matter of fact, the last 4 pair have all torn around the rear pocket areas or wholes have appeared in the front thigh area. She is a size 5 and does not wear her jeans tight. This is after only wearing them 2 or 3 times. As you know these jeans are not cheap in price but have become not worth the purchase price. I'm not sure if you have changed the denim material you used to use or are now manufactured in a poor quality factory but something has definitely declined the durability of your product. I would understand an occasional defect or if she was rough on her clothing but as I stated previously, this is normal wear. I regret we can no longer purchase this brand because they are her favorite brand but they are too expensive to be a "disposable wear product." These jeans were purchased at a high end western wear store in Texas.
Thank you for your time.
Respectfully and regrettably,
Disappointed mom and consumer
I have been wearing 7 For All Mankind…
I have been wearing 7 For All Mankind jeans for near on 20 years, over the last few years I have opted for the elasticated jeans as they give a better feel. But, the quality is appalling, holes wearing above the knee from where I cross my legs, a big bulge at the back below the belt where it looks like the elasticity has gone, holes appearing in the crutch. This is not just one pair but 3 that have all had similar problems. That's it I've bought my last pair and as of this week looking to other brands.
Don't go there (Amsterdam)
Don't go there (Amsterdam). As customers, you will be ghosted as soon as you have a complaint. A bill of around 700 euros. A product was faulty. But nobody was interested. And the ladies there would rather call it a day than serve customers. Very poor service. Hands off.
Rubbish company
Ordered a pair of jeans for the wife’s birthday 21.03.24 it’s now 16.04.24 still not received them. Can’t even get a refund as they say they are investigating, unbelievable.

Don't risk ordering online
Even though I've bought multiple items from this company, they refused to allow me to return brand new unworn items which they count as 14 days from the date the order is placed, not delivered. Really disgusting and shortsighted customer service, what absolute crooks.

I can only assume this company has…
I can only assume this company has changed something in its production line. I have maybe ten pairs of their jeans, and everything a few years old is fine, but everything I've bought more recently is rubbish, all wearing out in weird places, holes in pockets, belt loops coming off, seams in the seat of the trousers failing (jeans are not tight). Will never buy a pair again which is a shame as I've really grown to like them

If I can put zero
If I can put zero ; I would . I bought a pair of jeans online and ordered 1 size up than I normally do for this brand as I wanted them to fit a little loose . I received them and they were too small ; it’s obvious it’s a sizing mistake on their part ; I tried to exchange or refund and because they were on sale and it was a final sale ; they refuse to do something for me . I find this completely unacceptable ; im waiting for another response ; hoping they will do right by their customer who has worn their jeans forever . If not I will let you all know.

I returned two items but only received a refund for one of them. I've had a reply asking me to fill in a complaint form, which I have, but it's been over a month and now I'm not receiving any response to my emails.
Still owed a lot of money and my emails are being ignored!
So far I can't recommend this company.

TOTALLY RIPPED OFF, DO NOT BUY!
Bought three pairs around a year ago, approx Jan 2023. One for me, one for my partner and another for my sister as a gift. Spent over £600.
ALL THREE have holes in exactly the same places, at the bottom of the crotch area where it joins the top of the leg, on BOTH sides. Absolutely appalling quality and nothing like they used to be.
Stop ripping people off otherwise you wont have a business left. How dare you charge £200 a pair for this rubbish.

Poor quality
I bought a pair of jeans, the model is Roxanne Soho, which is supposed to have a slim fit. They were okay after the first 1-2 weeks, then became so loose that it is the worst fit for jeans I ever owned, totally unflattering. Clearly the quality has really decreased since I bought my previous pair few years ago.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have a pair of jean as a Christmas gift and its kind of small on me, I then asked for store credit and they do not give store credit or exchange. They told me that I need to send it in as a return for a gift card. I have been waiting for almost two week since the day I mailed the item and still waiting. Do not purchase from this store
unless you do not have to try on jeans beforehand. It's very poor customer service.

Major Issue with Refund with proof of return
I received a pair of jeans on and returned them immediately and they were returned and signed for on Dec 16th, 2023. I still have not received my refund of $139.00. I have been inquiring for weeks and only got a customer number and emails saying it takes 14 business days to refund my account. Today I sent them a copy of the confirmation of the return and my order number confirmation (which when I tried to track with my return order number online it said there was no such order). I received the below response from customer service>Grant you I printed the return label directly from their website. I don't care what facility it went through but I have not been able to contact a live person or customer service representatives since. I have sent my attorney the info and he will send them a formal complaint letter. They are basically saying sorry but you are out $140.00 for merchandise I sent back.

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for contacting us.
After reviewing, the return was not initiated via our online return portal and based off the screen shots provided, the return was sent back to New York. Our distribution center is in Fontana, California. Unfortunately without the merchandise, we are unable to issue a refund.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you,

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. They are run by Splendid and I wouldn't trust them either. I was given a couple of pairs of jeans as a gift and when I tried to exchange they said they would not accept exchanges. I then asked for store credit and they do not give store credit. Do not purchase from this store unless you do not have to try on jeans beforehand. Also I am a size 28 and have a few 7s in that size but the jeans I received were way too small.
