Really positive experience using 80s…
Really positive experience. I was struggling to find some trainers for my husband and found some instantly on 80s casual classics for a very decent price. Quick delivery. Great experience all round and refreshing to see some different styles! I will definitely be returning and have urged my husband to take a look too.

The quality is top notch.
And the staff are so helpfull.
Bought a pair of Patrick trainers nxt day delivery. Turned out I picked the wrong size..spoke with Harry and he got to ball rolling for a return the nxt day..within a couple of hours of them receiving my return..Amy emailed to say refund had been sent to my bank.. thanks Amy..
I've never known service like it..

Out of pocket £215 for a Lost parcel
Whilst we love the clothing I’m disappointed with the lack of help when a parcel goes missing.
The website says to send back recorded delivery which we did but parcel went missing and were only covered for £50 maybe £75 when the contents were worth £215. Most clothing items on the website are around the £50 mark so even if I’d sent back a put of trainers or jumper I wouldn’t have been covered for a lost parcel.
80’s casual send out with a courier but make no mention of sending back this way to make sure your covered for the contents.
I had no idea I wouldn’t be covered for the contents or I’d have made sure I’d have sent back another way.
Your website needs to be clearer for customers to make sure where not out of pocket if a parcel goes missing.
