I have not received my withdrawal and no one is getting back with any reason why I have not received....it just keeps saying it has been escalated and then nothing

Have been a long time player at 888 and never had issues with withdrawal until now.
they refuse to speak with me and will not process the withdrawal. I agree with the same situations as everyone else. This site is now a scam. No live agent to talk to and they will not process the withdrawal.

Had a win, went to withdraw had to upload documents, rejected and had account blocked. Few months later wanted to reopen account, uploaded documents again and still waiting for reply! Not the best and certainly wouldn't recommend

Not received part of my withdrawal. Nearly a month later and I am constantly having to chase, being asked to wait I Will received an email and it never comes. I am owed £350 but will not play with 888 again.

The experience has been so bad. You cannot speak to anyone over the phone it’s all through chat where mixed messages are given with no resolution.

Got to be the worst app I’ve used, tried to withdraw my winnings last night and it still says pending and no other information given, quick enough to take your money when you want to play and don’t ask for security reasons when they want your money, any other app is rather instant withdrawal or a few hours max.

Joined because of a bonus offer (deposit £10 and play £10 and receive 100 free spin) I didn't get that. So I messaged the customer service and the say that they sent me an email explaining why, but all it says is its "an internal decision " without an explanation. I am still waiting for my withdrawal despite contacting customer support more than five times and providing every document they have requested, including identification and bank statements.

Each time I speak to support, I seem to get a different answer. I was told my documents had been received and would be verified immediately so my funds could be processed. Later, I was asked to provide the same documents again. After complying with every request, my withdrawal remains unresolved.

It feels like I am being sent around in circles rather than having my issue dealt with properly.

My withdrawal was for just £150, yet the process has become unnecessarily complicated. £20 was paid to one account and another £20 to a different account, while the remaining funds were apparently returned for reasons that have never been clearly explained. Since then, I have been repeatedly asked for more documentation despite already completing their verification process.

As a customer, I expect a licensed gambling company to handle withdrawals efficiently and communicate honestly. Instead, I have experienced delays, repeated document requests, inconsistent information, and a complete lack of urgency in resolving my case.

Terrible. Withholding my money claiming 'needing to verify documents' - stuck in an endless loop of me sending them, me still not getting my money, going on Live Chat - them telling me to submit again and being utterly useless.

Want to close my account but no option other than to talk via chat who basically ignore my requests and provide links to policies. When I ask for other ways to contact them they close the chat or send me back to the chatbot.

Do not use!! received half of my withdrawal but not the rest which is over £200… they are messing me about asking for ID.. bank statements etc them reject them all for no reason… no idea why they need that even though they’ve sent half of the funds within 10 min of withdrawal request… looks like they ain’t gonna send all of it… It’s now been 3 days and love chat are useless they keep telling me different things… DO NOT USE… AIN’T WORTH THE HASSLE

I used to get withdrawals back 2024 and I heard another company brought it and there is a big fraud going on.. I try everything withdrawals on year 2025 . Make sure . Let your local police know they are taking your money away . It’s a scam , fraud

waited over a week for any communication regarding my withdrawal. i tried to withdraw on the 11th May, i then received around half of it a week later and still after nearly a month waiting on the second half. the customer live chat is awful. you get told different things every time you speak to them. the customer service is atrocious, they will just end the live chat on you as well. used to be a very good site and instant withdrawal but after this i will not be trusting them again.

DO NOT USE. I had used this casino for a little while without problems. But as of this past 6 months they have literally fallen to pieces.
