The odds are shameful and they won't take a bet If that's not bad enough they can't even be arsed to reply to emails. I've sent five emails and they just ignore them. What an absolute shambles. Imagine ignoring your customers.

I signed up with the hope of placing a £10 bet, then getting £30 of free bets. I placed my £10 bet, it lost, but I didn't receive my free bets. So I contacted them and was informed my account had been restricted. So effectively this company stole £10 from me and gave nothing in return like they said they would.

I don't even want to invest time writing about how sooooo bad this company is. Only joined on 28/09 had nothing but issues from the moment I joined. Waiting for an unsettled bet to complete before I close this account firmly down!!! Please do yourself a favour and steer well and truly clear of this lot.

Let me deposit money then locked my account until I could provide me holding ID and a bank statement. Took me 4 days to verify after I had to draw red arrows on my bank statement pointing towards my card number for the mentally impaired live chat to realise it had what he needed. Avoid at all costs, save your money and time. After verifying, they restricted my account from participating in any promotions.

I made 5 bets with this company, some of them losing, some winning. Within one day they announced that I cant make sport bets with them anymore, I won like 500e and now, for several days, Ive been sending them ulitity bill copies, passport copies, driving licence copies and this has been going on like 5 days now. I cant withdraw my money since this is still ongoing. Dont play with this casino, you wont get anything from them.

3 days to get welcome bonus

No wonder the reviews are so bad, 3 days of waiting and then they said I can't get welcome bonus. Joke company. AVOID

Worse company I've ever came across stay clear and away from them take your winnings and then ask for bank statements prove of identity once sent to them 6 times they then say its invalid there a scam of a betting company how there still operating is beyond me they need investigated and shut down please please do not deposit or even use this company you will get nothing back ive sent 14 emails they owe me money from a wining bet and won't pay out.

Yes it's crap company. Basically they give you dayle free spins wheel, but listen how fix it is- when u deposit and loosing money,they give you every day 10 spins,5 spins,or pounds,but if u not deposit noting for 3 or more days, wheel coming everytime no luck. Avoid this company at all costs unless you're willing to lose. They banned me from betting after just one week because I was "winning too much." Their decision is final and cannot be appealed. These scammers will block you from betting as soon as you start winning. Customer support, especially Matt V., was rude and unprofessional. This has been the worst experience ever!

HORRIBLE COMPANY - I literally registered and they blocked me from receiving their ‘welcome bonus’ for no reason what so ever. I tried contacting live chat and got complete automated responses and the chat was ended before I could even get a human answer out of somebody. No explanation as to why a brand new customer would be denied their sign up offer with immediate effect.

Do not believe their horse racing promotions ,I placed three lots of bets ,and they give you some free bets ,I got nothing from these people,I contacted their agents and they said the promotion never existed ,do not trust these people ,absolute crooks.

I have been trying to verify my identity with this awful company for over 2 months and their responses range from "your details are blurry" on photos so clear you can read the details PERFECTLY to "we need to see a selfy of you holding your ID" in response to a photo of me holding my ID, its an absolute joke. I have sent multiple complaint emails that just get ignored, I have went through resolver and I'm about to go to eCOGRA.

I suggest everyone who's having issues to complain to eCOGRA because this company is scamming people out of money and needs investigated.

Based on the reviews, I thought I would have a difficult time with withdrawals, so the first thing I did once I signed up was get myself verified before placing any bets or depositing any money. It took one day and all I had to submit was my driver's license and credit card statement. I then deposited $250, won a couple bets and ended up with a balance of $825. I withdrew the full $825, and I received it via e-transfer in less than 24 hours. Pro-tip: always try to get verified before depositing and wagering with sportsbooks because if you do it after, they'll make it much harder on you since they don't want you taking money out!

Scam,scam,scam.I made a deposit, the bonus was added, but I did not receive it.

This is a message to everyone on here trying to withdraw their funds. It was a long difficult process that took over 2 months. But they finally withdrew my funds. After sending countless documents, emails, chat requests, I found my way through to Supervisor John in the chat who helped me. Make sure you ask for guarantees and take screenshots of your chat to send to to the managers email and operations team. Keep trying and you'll get there. I was worried my funds were lost but was pleasantly surprised they finally released them.

They refuse to give me my free bet even though I followed every instruction to the letter. I even used their app and clicked the link to the offer. Had to talk to customer support three times before they would even give me an answer and then the answer was simply that they won’t give a free bet. SCAM!

Scammer, please people get away with 888. They closed my account for immediate assistance and i talked through live chat to know the issue and they said the account was under review i dont even know what review and they cant even tell me, the funny part is i was told to check my email everytime but never had emails from them, now i am telling them i cant login can they withdraw my funds to my account and they just wont listen and a very poor costumer service.. please people dont open account with this scammer company

DO NOT DEPOSIT! These people are scammers and will not let you withdraw. They will tell you to send documents and then say the photos are blurry or that they need even more documents. They asked for me 2 statements and that didnt work. Support is useless and they do not reply to emails. They will also cancel your bonus if you win with it so dont bother signing up for the bonuses. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
