I would give them a minus score if it were allowed. Don't do business with this company. I purchased a windows license that would not activate. Contacting 8keys.de they did not reply. Still waiting for Microsoft to respond. They say that they want customers to report illegal software but then they don't do anything about it. Ended up talking to the Microsoft call centre in India and they didn't care. My experience with Indian call centres has always been horrendous and this time was no different. They constantly say how pleased they are to serve and then say that unfortunately in this case they cannot help. It is always the same.
Save your money and the pain of dealing with 8keys.de and know that if the product is a Microsoft product, they won't help either.

After 5 days of purchasing my code is still not there

On first inspection this site seemed good. But after trying to get a game i can say this is not a good site so far. I made an account. loged in. then made a payment for a game through paypal..normaly I would expect an email with the key. instead I get an email asking for ID verfication! never had this happen before, it seemed off and I'm not about to give that type of information knowing that there are other sites that dont do this. They have taken my money and I'm without a key. further more unable to login to my account as its saying I dont have an account with them..Not happy. and unless things change I would not recommned this site to anyone. I will be sure to update this review if things change.

Update. Thankfully they have responded to my ticket and paypal have informed me that the refund is in process. for this i have given it 2 stars instead of originly giving it 1, but due to the ID verfication they ask for. i can not recommend this site.

Dont buy from this company, they just want to take your government ID from you and not deliver any product or respond to emails.
