Very reasonable price I thought for a…

Very reasonable price I thought for a great looking YSL jumper. Not seen anywhere else on the internet. This jumper will never look out of fashion! Had to wait a while for the item but you have to understand a lot of stock on 97th Vintage is hard to find so you accept you might have to wait a bit longer for delivery. All round great service. Would recommend and use again.

I was very impressed with the YSL quality!

I was very impressed with the quality of the YSL sweaters. It's so comfortable and it basically came in near mint condition. Also, Jordan was very supportive and communicative throughout the whole shipping process. I would recommend buying from 97th Vintage!

Disappointed – Lack of Transparency on Shipping & Product Status

FYI

My previous review was removed for potential defamation so I have now checked this against the TOS and guidelines to ensure it stays up. It's very important potential buyers are made aware of this business practice.

I ordered a vintage YSL sweater expecting standard delivery, only to find out after chasing the order that the item is on a 6-week pre-order. Nowhere on the website was this disclosed at the time of purchase, which feels incredibly misleading. Especially for a vintage item that, by nature, should be available and in stock.

It raises serious questions about authenticity and sourcing. If it's truly vintage, why the long wait? The lack of upfront information combined with the vague communication post-purchase makes this feel more like a drop-ship scenario than a reputable vintage operation. To be clear, I'm not stating this as fact, simply just how it appears to me a consumer. This is my opinion.

I wouldn’t have placed the order had I known the true timeline and unclear sourcing. Transparency matters, especially when shopping for high-ticket vintage pieces.

I hope the brand is able to be more transparent in future to avoid a disappointing customer experience.

FYI I will be happy to update this review when the item is received, is satisfactory, and the website is updated.

Don’t waste your time

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t received. Have seen that items are shipped 24hrs after order but mine was shipped a week after ordering. No tracking updates and no replies to emails. Don’t waste your time

Purchased an order in April - still haven’t received it.

Purchased an order in April.
No where on the website did it state that the items would be shipped over a month later.
When I contacted them they said it would be shipped in late May.
I received a tracking code but the items have still not been shipped and avoidance of replying to my emails asking where my parcel is.
The order cost a considerable amount and the lack of correspondence around the order is awful.
Not happy at all.
