Ordered jersey as a gift for Christmas…

Ordered jersey as a gift for Christmas with 2 day overnight shipping to get days in advance. The company took my money but I Never received the jersey and when I attempted to contact the company multiple times, there was no response to email or phone calls. I just want my money back at this point since they failed to deliver a gift for a 6 year old child!!
If I could give 0 stars for 99Jersey I would!!

Christmas Disappointment

The size was way off. It has taken over a week to work through the issue with support. Still have to wait to see Jersey. The recipient of this gift is back at school out of state and now I will have to pay to ship it to him in addition to his disappointment at Christmas.

Communication was terrible

Warning: Do not purchase!

This vendor has extremely slow delivery times. We had to reorder jerseys from another source to ensure they arrived on time. While they advertise a "satisfaction guarantee," it is misleading—they charge a 20% restocking fee for brand-new, unopened merchandise, plus shipping costs. On top of that, their return process is unnecessarily difficult, requiring lengthy back-and-forth communication just to obtain a return address, which I still haven't received. Their customer service, delivery times, and advertising practices are unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

Top tier jersey

The jersey came in great! The stitching is impeccable. I ordered a UConn husky jersey for my buddy, you’d swear he played for them when he wears it, if he wasn’t 5’10 and 31 years old.

Item still not received

Item still not received. Company keeps giving me the run around about when/if the item was ever shipped. Take your business elsewhere. They are a poorly run company at best, shady/scam at the worst.

2025:
Owner reached out to apologize. Said that there was order confusion between their website and Amazon to the actual quantity on hand. I felt he was sincere in his attempt to resolve the situation and he sent me two jerseys of my choosing to make up for the mistake on their end.

Delayed shipping

UPDATE: On Dec 18th, Adam, customer experience manager, rectified the below experience by sending another jersey to my parent's house. It got there in time.

Today, Dec 15, I wrote this email. Still no response:

I ordered this Jersey Nov 25 when it said on the website that the jersey was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. I even received a confirmation email stating as such. Picture attached below.

Dec 1, so days after, I received an email saying that shipment is a little behind. It said nothing about being out of stock. I responded to this email with confusion to why there was a delay.

Dec 4, y'all responded stating that there was a high demand, but no worries y'all restocked and would send the jersey out that week.

Dec 8, tracking still showed processing, so I wrote again. I informed your company that I would be leaving town on the 20th to visit the person the person is going to. I requested expedited shipping. A rep responded on the 8th saying * I will immediately inform our fulfillment team about your request to expedite shipping, so we can do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives before the 20th of December. *

Dec 12, I wrote again, because your companies site said the order was still being processed. Knowing the jersey probably wouldn't get to me in time, I asked that the jersey be sent to my parents at *redacted address*.

Dec 13, a rep responded saying that they've spoken to the fullfillment team and it's confirmed that my shipment will be sent out that next Tuesday (so yesterday) and it should arrive in time.

Dec 14, I responded asking to which address will the jersey be shipped and what does in time mean. I reiterated that I leave Friday and please send to the new address I gave in Texas. I did not receive a reply. Meanwhile, I'm receiving multiple ad emails stating the jerseys
I purchased are in stock and to purchase before they sell out.

Dec 17, I get confirmation that the jersey shipped on Monday. Upon looking at the tracking, it'll be delivered on the 21st!! The day after we leave. Tracking does not say to which address it's being shipped. So I wrote again. And got a reply that did not answer any of my questions or concerns.

I'm completely fed up with this process. If the jersey is being shipped yo my house in GA, I want a refund. IF it's being shipped to my parents, then that's fine.

Wish I could give them zero stars . I placed an order 5-7 days shipping after 14 days order still hadn’t processed. Reached out for communication no answers just links in chats leading to information on useless policy. Never returned my money and order never processed. Buyer beware

Ordered a month ago, received 2 notices that it has shipped, paid $20 to gave it couriered and not sent thru Canada Post as they are on strike and found out today that it’s been sent that route anyway!!! Asking for a refund. Whst a scam company! Has snyone actually received an order from them??

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. Placed an order on NOV 23 2024. Two weeks go by. No update. Cancelled order. As of today still have not received a refund. Made another order on Dec 2 2024 to give another chance & take advantage of Cyber Monday deal. Paid for the fastest shipping. AS of today nothing has been sent. No refund for first order & no shipping of 2nd order. Email responses from a person named "Irish" with no last name. Just got an email from that company right now. "It’s Now or Never! Place Your Orders by Noon for Christmas Delivery" SERIOUSLY? You haven't shipped an order from 2 weeks ago but you expect me to believe that if I order before noon I will get before Christmas!?!? PEOPLE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARDS OR CANCEL THEM & GET NEW ONES. CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY & START A CHARGEBACK.

I ordered on Dec12 and paid the extra $40 buck for UPS 1-2 day shipping. When I track my order it says “waiting to be processed”
Wrote an email and no response. This is a Christmas gift I won’t be happy if it doesn’t arrive! NOT HAPPY!!
