Excellent service and delivery team

Service was great delivery fantastic but once opened the cooker was marked not happy

Great from start to finish, ordered on Friday, and it was delivered Saturday morning, who updated me on what time they was coming, delivered it into the house after taking the box off for us. Very pleased with AO

I've found AO.com very efficient from all the sales staff, other people I've spoken to there to the delivery guys.
I would definitely recommend AO.Com.

First fitting was not completed correctly and my door was damaged. Danny was then sent to look at, he fitted the door extremely well, was efficient, polite and helpful. In addition to this he confirmed the damage back to AO to ensure I was correctly renumerated for the issue and then took local action himself to correct the damage
Mistakes can happen but when they do you need amazing colleagues like Danny who make the difference and he should be celebrated within your business

Contacted me just after 7 am to advise me that would be here within the hour. Arrived by 7.30 very pleasant and efficient. Delivered unpacked and removed packaging and old freezer and were gone by 7.45.
My only quibble was the first day for delivery offered to me was a wait of several days which was inconvenient given the urgent need for a new fridge/freezer in very hot weather.

I wanted to leave this review because AO deserve recognition for the way they handled a very difficult situation.

We purchased a Bosch WGE03408GB washing machine from AO. Unfortunately, within the warranty period the plastic door frame repeatedly developed cracks. Bosch engineers attended numerous times over several months, replacing the same parts again and again, but the fault continued to return.

Throughout the process, AO remained involved, communicated with Bosch on our behalf and genuinely tried to help achieve a resolution. When Bosch eventually advised that they would take no further action, despite the machine still being under warranty, AO stepped in and honoured our rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by replacing the washing machine with a brand-new LG model.

Mistakes and faulty products can happen, but what really matters is how a company responds. AO listened, reviewed the extensive repair history and ultimately provided a fair and customer-focused resolution. Their customer service was excellent throughout, and I would happily buy from AO again.
