Eric was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He systematically found the problem in no time at all, which in my case was a faulty fan. Eric then phoned around to locate a new fan, went out to collect it, and then fitted it all within the hour. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend this company.

This company originally installed my combi-boiler and has serviced it yearly since then. They are always on time and are both knowledgeable and efficient. This year, a part needed replacing, but instead of simply telling me to claim on my warranty, the company contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, verified that the warranty covered this particular problem, ordered the part, and arranged for one of the manufacturer's engineers to come and fit it. That to me is great customer service; hence the 5-star rating.

Erik did a nice job today for my gas and boiler check, and so did Simon. Simon helped to set up a not-easy heating control app on my phone. Erik and Simon presented professionalism in doing what they did. Highly appreciated. Thanks!

Erik was great on the phone, helped me straight away on a last-minute visit on same day to sort out a boiler issue. Friendly, helpful, explaining all the steps he was following and also extremely fair on price. Would strongly recommend and back up the 5 stars from other customers.

First annual service of a boiler and central heating system (combi-boiler and radiators) installed by A & E Gas Services Ltd. Very professional team, and the charge for the annual service was considerably less than that of a well-known national gas supplier. Also, the system installed a year earlier works quietly and efficiently and has superseded my expectations.

Attended to my broken cistern extremely promptly with the necessary parts and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Great manner and very professional. Would recommend.
