I fell victim to their websites all 5 star ratings and thankfully did not use them. They took 24 hours to respond to my call and immediately pawned me off to a very disorganized dumpster fire of a transport company called carlos shipping. They sent me a unofficial quote and when I called to set up shipping and get more information they failed to respond to my emails and phone calls as if I was trying to collect money from them, unbelievably bad customer service. I used another company and will write them an excellent review after this. Avoid A-1 at all costs and don't believe the hype on their website.

We had excellent service. They were timely, responsive to questions, and very helpful in that the shipping involved my elderly mother and my elderly aunt. They were respectful of their needs as well…

Just spoke to a Tony Taylor from this company and he was absolutely disgusting. He provided me no help at all and actually hung up on me. Would not recommend this company at all with people like this guy working for them. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

The driver was great. He kept. We informed about pickup and delivery in a timely manner. He was very thorough with his inspection at pick up, friendly and courteous. I would use this company and driver again hands down!!

A-1 Auto Transport Inc. could not ship my vehicle themselves so they referred me to a couple of their sister companies. The positive was that the companies competed for my business and gave me a great rate. But they were kind of annoying. All in all, a decent service.

Shipped my car in an enclosed carrier, and ended up using their sister company “Enclosed Classics” whom I’d never heard of before. If it wasn’t for a1autotransport.com, I wouldn’t never found this company. If you are looking to ship a vehicle, they are a great resource to use.

I booked an order through A1 Auto Transport and got an excellent service. The Rep I talked to was very polite. Also, the driver kept me informed us and was gentle. My Exotic Car got shipped on time and in a neat condition. I am happy.

A1 is by far the most loyal and affordable car shipping service I have ever used. My daughter has also gone through A1 for moving services. I highly recommend them! Such great service every time.
