I love when you go to company site I it have a lot of great options and deals . With quick delivery and also give a brief description of which solar panels to choice from.

I emailed asking for phone number & address for the Haslet, TX store. Never got a response. I found this place & called the 800# they told someone else to call for problems & learned they don't even look at the calls on their machine. Definitely not a company I would do business with.

Had a hard time getting the panels I wanted at distribution centers in NJ. Finally got acceptable substitutes available at Cranbury site.

I left early to get through the NYC traffic. I thought I would have to wait hours until they opened. Great surprise warehouse was open. Very nice warehouse man helped me get my order before 730 in the morning.

Massapequa to Cranbury and back again in less than 5 hours.

Had a very good experience purchasing 4 new Meyer Burger 385 watt panels from A1 SolarStore on 7/26/2023. Alex of A1 called me the next day to coordinate the purchase and was very helpful regarding a few questions I had. Was hard to find a seller of panels that would sell less than 10 panels or a pallet because of the shipping expense and possible damage of shipping smaller quantities. A1 was willing to sell me just 4 panels at a very good price and I was able to pickup the panels locally at a logistics warehouse close to my residence. Used a credit card for payment that required an extra credit card processing fee of approximately 4%. The credit card fee was a minor issue compared to the possibility of having to pay several hundred dollars for shipping plus the panels were on sale for 47% off list price. Happy with the purchase and would gladly
use A1 SolarStore again when I am ready for more panels.

I really loved my shopping experience with them! They have a huge variety of options to choose from.

Alex communicated with me and kept me in the loop on where my order was the entire process. They didn't have the panel that I requested but they did have the same size and brand that was actually 10W more power output. They called and told me the situation and asked if it was ok to swap for the other panel. No surprises waiting when I got to the warehouse for pickup. The guys were very professional packaged my product and made sure it was secure since I had a long drive to get back home.

I'm glad I found this solar store for their Panasonic 360W Solar Panel 120 Cell - it's on sale for 53% off!! I had to purchase it and overall a great customer experience as well. Highly recommend checking out their products now for all the other sale items. (:

I ordered 10 pieces of Canadian Solar 390w from A1 and was surprised at not only the low prices, but also fast free shipping. They have a great selection to choose from and very fair prices so I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered a 8 piece of Aptos Solar 370W panels from A1 SolarStore. Everything was great from start to finish. Their website's easy navigation allowed me to compare different panels and view my options. The pick up location was extremely convenient and close to my home. I having been planning on installing solar panels for a while now just hadn't had the time to do my research. I finally did my research and landed on the A1 Solar Store. The store was great looking through all the great options I was able to find and order the 11 ZNShine 450W solar panels from a1solarstore. The order was processed and arrived fast. Technical support was excellent and always ready to help.

After long research and talking with Customer service, I have ordered the panels I ha e been looking for. And free shipping! You can't beat that. I can't wait to get it set up.

I recently bought Q CELLS 480W from them, and I am very happy with my purchase. The order arrived very fast, in 4 days and moreover there was no shipping fee. So, I am very happy with the product delivery.
They also have a wide range of products so I am sure i will visit their website more often.

I really wouldn't even give them 1star. Couldn't get a estimate on a off grid solar system to purchase. What makes this a1? Best thing is I found what I was wanting the estimate for at signature solar. Pass the word

We ordered 6 solar panels with shipping the cost was over $1600 but they NEVER shipped the order. They have our money but we have nothing. After one month of waiting we canceled the order and that day they "say" they shipped. By this time we had already ordered panels from another company. They never refunded our money and we never got the panels so we are out over $1681. Every thing we tried to do to get them to refund or resend the no longer needed panels was useless. I will revise this feedback if they refund or ship.

The Tech support was able to help guide me toward what I needed and helped me pick out the correct set of pannels and add ons for my needs.

Very Frustrated with their customer response.
I initially requested a quote starting 3 weeks ago.
It was a few days but they responded. I asked them to make some quantity changes in the quote. So things were good. The new quote was exactly what I want.
The problem is their checkout system. It shows you can use a CC , Paypal, Paypal credit, or direct wire to company. But when you try and do the checkout it never works. Now they want me to do a wire transfer. The problem is I have no way to protect myself if they do not come through. I did call and leave messages, emailed them. After seeing the review on the NJ warehouse, which is the location I would have to pickup the system. I guess I'll continue looking.
