Worst taxi company I’ve ever used.. I’ve been using their taxis maybe 3/4 times a day EVERYDAY for the past 2 years and still they are so unhelpful over the phone I’ve had too many problems with them. I once had to wait 2 hours after PRE PAYING and I got no sorry no refund and nothing said except 4 different unprofessional people over the phone lying just to get it over with saying the tax is 5 minutes now 20 now 2 and saying a completely different car is on the way just so they don’t have to deal with it. They are ridiculous rude and lazy in the office who pick up the phone for A2B and long waiting times also paid 35 for a taxi and the idiot cancelled it saying he was waiting long? as I’m on the phone to A2B and they are telling me it’s not there yet omg ridiculous and I had to pay another 35 imagine!! Surely it makes more sense to rebook
Me a taxi without paying as I already got charged the previous one and it got cancelled due to them telling me it was not there but no I had to pay twice and over the phone RUDE and laughing very lazy and rude manners. I have to use it due to it being the only

Driver number 2,was friendly helpful and saved me at the last minute picking myself and a friend to pick up my dog after an operation
Nothing was too much trouble and I can’t find the words to tell him how grateful I am
Definitely 5stars from me , will be using this company from now on

My wife booked a car from Peterborough to Cardiff.. and booked return. Excellent service, friendly drivers and at a good price. Very impressed and we will be using again. Absolutely top marks…19/06/2026 and 26/06/2026

We have only ever received outstanding service from A2B, who we have used regularly every week for the past few years, efficient and professional service, very accommodating and really helpful. Drivers are always on time and get us to where we need to be! Calls and emails answered promptly. Thank you team :)

Massive thank-you to a great guy and friendly driver - Fishy, car 26. My mobile phone fell out of my pocket in his vehicle in the early hours of this morning. Despite working all night and doing an airport run, he brought my phone back to me at 8 o'clock this morning to the hotel I was staying at, as he knew I was heading back home today. Super example of great customer service and going the extra mile. Fishy you're a top man, can't thank you enough!

I want to warn others about my recent experience with A2B Euro Cars. I was charged £90 for a journey from town to Werrington that should have cost £9. I provided the company with evidence from my bank statement, yet they claimed they “could not find anything” during their investigation. My bank statement is clear, so their response has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.

What concerns me most is that the driver who picked me up claimed to be a pre‑booked car when he wasn’t. This suggests deliberate dishonesty, and the company now claims this driver “doesn’t exist,” which is even more worrying. It feels like some drivers may be taking advantage of passengers, and the company is failing to address it properly.

I strongly advise others to double‑check the fare before tapping your card and to take a photo of the vehicle’s number plate for your own protection. Based on my experience, I will not be using A2B again and cannot recommend their service

the driver came early and left before i could reach him AT THE ACTUAL BOOKED TIME!
the male staff in the office was rude and callled me arrogant when i went to report !
He said i should go to other cab companies if i am not satisfied. I observed he is not used to being polite to women ! They need to respect customers, otherwise younger cab companies will take over !
No customer service training WHATSOEVER!

The fact that your company has many drivers and has been around long doesn’t mean you should lose your manners and disrespect customers!

Absolutely terrifying drive last night. Driver was weaving in between lanes, over the cats eyes, sharply swerving in the road. No idea if he was falling asleep/drunk/on drugs but he could not drive safely at all. It was like that the whole 15 minutes. He was 20 below the limit at all times so I assume he knew he was being dangerous and tried to go slower.
I would hope it's a one off, but all drivers know if they cannot drive safely then don't do it! Especially if it's your job.

A2B have been responsible for transporting my daughter, who has autism, to school for the last year. Her driver, Zahir, was exceptional. He took great care of her and also was extremely considerate of her needs. She loved going off in her taxi and looked forward to seeing him again after a school holiday.

If I could give minus I would. Ordered a taxi today after using the service for 6 plus years. I got less than 1 minute down the road to ask if I had paid. I explained I used the app as per usual then the driver stopped saying I hadn't. I argued my case but was basically left on the side of the road with no transport home. Absolute shit service

This company is a complete fraud. They insured my colleague, but the insurance was later rejected. It turns out they provided a fake insurance certificate, which the police confirmed as fraudulent. The police informed us that this company cannot legally insure vehicles, and the certificate was fake. When I contacted the company, they falsely claimed my license had expired. They never insured me as a secondary driver, even though I was led to believe I was covered. Instead, I unknowingly drove a car under someone else's insurance. This fraudulent company took my money and caused me significant financial and emotional stress. Avoid them at all costs—they are unethical and engage in shady practices. Protect your peace of mind and stay far away from them!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolute shamble of a company. Have a fixed price policy but try to rip you off by using excuses to charge you more. Drivers are always rude, dispatch has a terrible attitude all the time, drives are all up to no good, never on time always cancelling rides. DO NOT USE worst company in Peterborough. Use to use them everyday but won’t be anymore!

We had no problem getting a taxi with them got one straight away.The driver CARL was very helpful and took our suitcases as we had to walk a little bit to his car and put them in his car.Very friendly and chatty really a nice man . Will definitely hire them again.

I wish i could give this company 0 stars, i've used a2b for over 10years and never in my life have i been so dissatisfied with the company, i have booked a car for weeks over the last few months and 1 taxi out of 7 have been on time, i call the operator and get through to the office in Pakistan, when i asked the operator how long would this taxi be as i have work, he said 12-15mins, from this i was angry and raised my voice and said this service is not good enough and terrible. The operator then proceeded to end the call and cancel my booking without me even stating that i wanted to cancel my booking, i booked my taxi this morning at 8:20am, i made the call to book this taxi at half past 2 in the morning, more than enough notice. i finally get a taxing at 8:52am and again late to work by 5-10 minutes, they still make you pay the full price of the taxi and don't give no compensation for there actions, STAY AS FAR AS AWAY AS POSSIBLE, THE OPERATORS IN PAKISTAN ARE AWFUL AND THE SERVICE IS THE POOREST QUALITY I HAVE EVER RECIEVED!!!!!

Excellent service, provided airport run drop off and collection. Received texts to confirm taxi arrival, and contact from driver once our plane had landed. Second year I’ve used this company, and I highly recommend.

Always overcharge me! On the app it will say £7.50 for a ride, I’ll confirm this with the driver, but they always charge me at least £5 or £6 more without telling me and won’t let me see the amount on the machine they use so I don’t know how much it’s really gonna cost.

DONT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They lie to customers. They left my brother waiting and told him they will not take him home. Is this customer service?! The driver also entered through the wrong entrance of the school and it WAS CLEARLY STATED WITH PROOF to go through the right entrance, and then to save himself the driver said the customer misguided. Disgusting. There was a teacher with my brother and she is also a witness. My brother was so unwell and he left my brother stranded. We will be taking this to the Peterborough news so other people aren’t affected by disgusting behaviour from your drivers full of ego and arrogance. The people at the office also misbehaved when my mum called to follow up and took the side of the driver. Just disgusting. It is evident and clear who we will be using now going forward, and A2B will not be it. Everybody avoid this toxic and atrocious company, for your own benefit.

Needed to take a small shih tzu dog to the vets. Booked a taxi via the app and was quoted £6. So made sure I had all the cash I needed to get there and back. Ordered a taxi for the journey home via the app and first driver turned up and refused the job due to the dog even though the booking was from a vets surgery so of course there would be a dog!! Called the office and explained, they said they will send out a dog friendly driver, and were there quickly. Paid the driver £6 as this is what I paid to get there and was quoted on the app. Got out the taxi and the driver asked how much did you pay me, I said 6 as that was what I was quoted. He goes no it's £9..no one communicated that to me on the phone when i called. Called the office to enquire about it as thought the driver might be scamming me..they couldn't give me an answer about why i wasn't told about the increase and said I should have known..how can I have known this when there was no issue with the first journey there?!? They just kept being rude and condescending saying to pay it, when I only had the right amount of money on me which was the £6 and of course i would have had a pet or dog as the booking was to a bloody vets! And no one questioned it or mentioned any price increase when I got in the car. The office and I got into an argument and I know its only 3 difference but out of principal and how I was spoken to and told to f off as you can assume I refused to pay it. Customer service is shocking and will never use them again.
