Return policy
Ordered two charging pads. They are unable to charge the phone due to thickness of the case. Return policy suggests that shipping is only covered on returns that are defective, and I'm guessing I'd have to pay those fees since it's an incompatibility with my device.

I didn't order anything someone hacked my accounts and ordered something with my debit card and when I called the company to let them know the representative said there wasn't anything they could do about it and couldn't cancel the order. Total BS!!
