AVOID

On Monday 16th September I called the Chester number at 11:10am to book an engineer to look at my fridge, he told me he was driving so couldn't look at his diary to book me in and asked if he could call me back.
He called me back at 11:57 from his mobile, and advised me of the price of £60.00 for call out and labour + VAT and parts would be extra, he then booked me in for Thursday 19th September, his words were "you are all booked in". I asked if he could give me a rough time that he might be with me, to which he said between 08:30 am and 11:00am.
On the thursday he hadnt turned up by 12:23pm, so I called him on the Chester number, I got a text message "Can I call you later?", I replied asking when he was likely to turn up. When I didn't get a reply by 14:25, I set about finding another engineer.
As the engineer was listed on Checkatrade I did a review on their website, but apparently it is not going to be published because they have no record of my calls, despite me sending a screenshot of the phone numbers and the length of the calls.
I will definately NOT be recommending this company

Great service

Brendan was great. My dishwasher wasn't draining and he responded quickly to my enquiry and turned up when he said he would, a couple of days later. I have built in appliances and there was a problem with the pipework which I just don't think I would have been able to fix myself. Really good service and happy to use again if needed and to recommend to others.

Avoid, Aviod, Aviod

Brendan was meant to fix our Washer /Dryer. He replaced the door seal that did not need to be replaced and guaranteed it would be fixed. He came back out and found it was actually the dryer compressor not the door seal. We have waited 3 months for him to fix it. Contacting him on numerous occasions and he kept saying he was waiting for the part. The last 2 messages he has not answered. We have a 4 month old child and not having a dryer over winter has been horrendous. £132 worse off and washer/dryer still broken.
