They did not respond to emails, only once after I frustratedly phoned them.
They came out twice for 2 varied reasons to do quotes (after ALLIANZ Complaints Dept contacted them) but on neither occasion sent the quotes to us, even after phoning and being promised to receive it on the same day.
Steer clear of ALLIANZ.fr and AAD Phenix.
