My 82 yrs old parents went to collect their Cardiac reports .They could not collect it within last month and since it was more than 1 month old they were told to collect it from Medical records department.
The MRD is located in basement with generators puming out fuels, mortuary and bicycle parking.Given their age and medical conditions it was a nightmare to reach the department only to be told the reports are not there and they need to go back to reception.They then had to trek back 2 floors to get to reception. IT VERY SAD the hospital treats Octegerian patients in such a callous mannar. REALLY INHUMANE .
I m also a doctor and have worked both in India and Abroad but such apatgetic approach is fortunately rare .
I will definitely say the hospital is not Elderly friendly and management need to look into their workign practices catering to older patients and relatives .

Got better services in the hospital and behaviour of the staff is improved. We got the treatment here at very low cost than the other corporate hospitals. The pediatrician at this hospital explained me all the symptoms and causes for the deases from which my younger sister suffering, and now she is fine. Thanks AAKASH.
