We have had major issues with the Combi Camp in the first 4 months just through normal use and Combi Camp just wipe their hand of you, they don't care and blame everything on you.
I emailed them after 3 months about the broken zip due to the canvas being too tight and the response from the managing director was ( too expensive, not our problem, enjoy your holiday)
We now have a tent we can't use and to make it worse this is currently our home.
We have multiple issues from mould throughout the whole roof inside and out (never been closed wet), broken zip, broken tap and spout, poorly fitting drawers (one side too tight, one side too loose) jockey wheel that slips when in use dumping the hitch on the floor, kitchen panel magnet falling out, shelf screws falling out, leaking zips allowing water to run onto sleeping areas.
I'm sure Combi Camp will respond to this saying its not the case but I have proof of all this in emails and pictures which I'm happy to share with anyone.

Dear James, You know very well that we care a lot and that both MBS and us have spent much time trying to help you. Just read our answers in the mails we have sent you, in which we offered help on some subjects and explained why some subjects can not be treated under guarantee. It's a pity you are now trying to get at us through these false accusations via Trust Pilot.
