Zero customer service
Ordered 4 Abacus Bathrooms products through an online bathroom retailer as Abacus Bathrooms don't sell direct to the public. Unfortunately only 3 products were delivered and the retailer blamed Abacus Bathrooms as they were the company that shipped the items. I couldn't get the retailer to deal with this problem so I emailed Abacus to tell them they had shipped the order with 1 item missing. They didn't respond. Very poor customer service so I won't be purchasing Abacus Bathrooms products again.
Since first posting this review I have telephoned Abacus Bathrooms. They refuse to take responsibility for the missing item even though it's them that shipped the order. 1 star is generous.
