Great quality, excellent service, what more can I say…..except…..I will definitely be ordering from Abakhan Fabrics again.

I had a bit of a hiccup with my order upon contacting the company the rectified it immediately and was extremely efficient with customer service too I can’t fault them a pleasure to purchase from 5* thankyou kindly

Item delivered quickly. Was good quality. Have bought items in the.past and service and items have always been good.

Shopping with Abakhan either in store or online is always a great experience for me. The prices are good and they always have what I am looking for to help with my interests of crocheting, sewing and embroidery. The customer service is also very positive, never a problem. I would recommend Abakhan without hesitation to anyone wanting crafting supplies :-)

Good price, great fabric and haberdashery. Online order arrived promptly. Will definitely use them again
I have also visited the Preston store and got some really good buys. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's lots of choice.

Fantastic service, extremely helpful on-line customer service department .
Great selection of quality fabrics at competitive prices. Prompt delivery with good communications.

I used to live in north wales and I loved this place. I was delighted to find I could order online as I now live in Scotland. Now I’m addicted! The material I ordered is great and well packaged. Thank you

I ordered some gorgeous liberty fabrics, and after it had been despatched, I realised the autofill when I'd typed my number into the order had automatically changed my address so half of the address was where I wanted it to go, but the postcode was mine.
David was extremely helpful and communicative. He updated me on my order returning to them and rapidly posted it back out same day to the correct address. I always receive great customer service in store so it's wonderful to know it continues online.

Loved the stores and the range of fabrics I'm from Preston ans live in Ireland and made a point when back home to call in and get some fabric, staff were brilliant and got 15 meters got home started a job but found i ran out, looked on line it was not available contacted the store really helpfull but they had sold out put me onto the bolton branch really help full but they also had none they finally found Manchester had 37 meters Yes!! Unfortunately they could not post it, contacted the really helpful customer services and asked could they get some from the Manchester branch to post they flatly said No...im screwed my fault should of bought more

The customer services team went the extra mile to source another roll of a Liberty fabric for me after it had run out online.
It was a fabric I’d been chasing for years so chuffed to bits to finally have some. Thanks David & the team!

Customer service is very helpful, both in store and online. They have great deals! I can’t recommend them enough

I accidentally deleted an email containing an e-voucher code. I had the original order number. The staff at Abakhan (North Wales) were very helpful and took my details to pass on to the customer service desk. The very next day I received a reply and later that day, the voucher code was sent to me again. Was very pleased and so impressed with the speed in which my query was dealt with. Thank you Aberkhan.

The colour and the feel of the wool is a really good quality.
Postage was quick too.
I did contact their customer service with some queries concerning my account, and the response was quick and resolved by the next day.
Thank you David for great products and service. I will definantly be using your shop again.

Excellent customer service when a problem arose.
I inadvertently missed off part of my postcode and my delivery was sent to a postal depot far from my home. Having tracked this and realising there was a problem I contacted customer service and David sorted the issue resulting in my goods arriving the next day.

Great experience. I ordered a fiddly number of cuts and fabrics and yet my order was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Would definitely buy from Abakhan again. Thank you.

I was looking for a certain dye number for some wool and have had excellent service and speedy delivery. Exactly what I wanted and at a great price too

I have been trying to buy knitted lining for a while. Then I saw this company and bought some. It arrived in good time and it's a very decent product just exactly what I've been looking for. Will buy again if I need more.
