Being new to archery I did not know what to buy. After telephoning the number on the website and talking to them, they explained a few key points that were needed to allow me to make my purchase. Delivery was swift, items well packed and customer service excellent. I will certainly buy from ab archery again. Thanks for your help!!!

Order came late, one item missing, no instructions and didn't respond to email asking for some advice. Won't shop here again.

I am a beginner as you know, and have bought all of my equipment from your store, I should have been able to expect a little more courtesy in your response. Disappointing customer care...again.

The item works well, the delivery time was fantastic, huge range of choice and catered for any need. Only gripe would be I didn't receive an email informing me it had been sent which is always nice to receive when buying Christmas presents. If not for that, 5 stars!

Bow arrows quiver target and wristguard all arrived as ordered, nice quality and well packaged. Finger guards were out of stock and I wasn't charged for them. Delivery was a little slow but it was that time of year. Would recommend and will use again.

The child's bow and arrows I ordered arrived promptly and well packaged.

Paid for next day delivery. Rang the shop 4 days later and was told that they were busy due to Xmas, so was I!
He said he would refund the additional next day postage. That was done but they missed the point about deliveries. I arranged a load of deliveries for the same day as convenient.

Very quick delivery.the website was very easy to use and the communication via email was very good too

Wev'e received other items from this company which were brilliant. Not in this occasion though. The Packaging was in very poor condition and had been opened before. The target was off center and it took over a week to arrive during early December.

Very good company I would buy again

I am new to the world of archery but my daughter has wanted a bow for ages so I ordered a kit for her birthday (slightly later than planned)and it arrived on time. Phil was amazing, kept me upto date on what was going on with the order and pulled out all the stops to get it here before her birthday.

Excellent service, will definitely use again and recommend to other people.

My son is so pleased with his archery set. They were initially out of stock but the company kept me updated and were very easy to deal with. I will use again when we need more arrows and or to upgrade the bow.

Found AB Archery really helpful. They gave me good advice over the phone on which product would be suitable to buy for my son, and they went out of their way to make sure it was delivered in time for his birthday.

It was easy to find everything I was looking for, was good value for money and was delivered within 48 hours. I shall definitely be using this company again.
