Jewellery comes always as described, absolutely stunning pieces

This is the first time I have used Abbott Lynn website it was highly recommended by a friend. I wanted something different for my Sister in Australia. I ordered something similar to what I wanted as the original choice was OoS. It was busy 1 get 1 free which I didn't know until I was checking out. Two days after ordering 1 item was dispatched. When I received the order all 5 parts of the order were packed separately neatly, in attractive jewellery boxes the gift bag I ordered looks fantastic with my sister's name embossed in gold on the front. The item when put together looks excellent, if a little smaller than anticipated, but it's different it looks great and Abbott Lyon have gone the extra mile with the packaging I couldn't not be happier. The other item is made to order and this is expected by mid August.

My purchases have always arrived on time beautifully packaged, and excellent quality.

Amazing jewlery I got this beautiful watch and had it engraved also has my star sign in the face which is a lovely personal touch

Amazing customer service, I received a bracelet and unfortunately a stone fell out, I quickly received a voucher worth more than the bracelet! Would highly recommend, beautiful jewellery also!

Beautiful necklaces. Exceptional value for money as got 3 necklaces and a free bracelet for the price of one with the offers. Looking forward to wearing them all at once or mix and match.

Dispatch time is wayyyyy too long. The customer service is excellent however. I got in touch regarding no update on my order despite ordering 25th of May, hoping the order would arrive for the 1st of July for my daughters birthday. This did seem to push the order abit as it arrived the day after. One necklace was missing and again it was rectified straight away and a replacement sent the next day. I don’t think I’d would rush to order again with how long the wait time is. But the jewellery itself was lovely and I’ve got one happy daughter.

My Christmas delivery was delayed but you gave me a code to obtain a complimentary piece of jewellery. I didn’t use the code until recently but you honoured the code and I chose another piece of jewellery for myself .

Wasn't impressed with these expensive, plated trinkets, marketed as glamorous jewellery. Returned for a refund and to add insult to injury Abbott-Lyon deducted a re-stocking fee. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the signature necklace and it has to be my all time favourite piece. Its so special as has both my kids names. I always get compliments on it. I just love it.

Order has still not arrived and the customer service from Abbott Lyon has been very poor. I ordered a bracelet last week with express delivery, and it still has not arrived. Whilst I appreciate delays are sometimes unavoidable, very little help has been offered. I offered to buy a replacement bracelet and send the original back should it ever arrive. I asked that the original price was honoured under the circumstances and was told no, and that I would also have to pay for express delivery again. Very disappointing. What is even more disappointing is that the item appears to now be in the sale again despite me asking only today for the original price I paid to be honoured. I would not order from here again
