Founding member, Nick Richmond set up the company servicing and supplying Double Glazing materials and ancillaries to the Conservatory & Double-Glazing sector around the South Coast of England. In the early and mid-90’s the two sons, Michael and Jamie joined the business. Over the past 30+ years our product portfolio has grown exponentially, we now supply a wide range of building products across many different business sectors. We also offer a procurement-based service, using our vast network of knowledge and business connections to source a huge range of building products. We are excited to be launching our flagship product, EXADECK, A Class non-combustible decking, to market under our Fire Deck brand. We offer a cement fibre solution, CDECK, alongside our durable, stylish and maintenance-free porcelain decking, EXADECK. I’m really sorry to hear you have experienced a delay with your delivery. Deliveries to Ireland may be subject to customs charges.
We have contacted the courier on your behalf and they have confirmed that a customs charge was applied on 30th July and this was paid on 2nd August. The courier handling your delivery is An Post, with tracking number LK051289683FR.
They have advised that the delivery should be by the end of the week. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
