There was a mouse infestation. This man was called. He advised he would keep reattending until problem was resolved. He turned up, spent 5 minutes putting down some bait boxes and left. No looking for source of problem. Weeks later still having problems he was called again and he didn't want to come back. All means of excuses including forgetting that he promised he would come back until issue was sorted. Eventually came back, didnt check his own bait boxes, said the issue was sorted without looking around and left. Weeks later called again- because of new mouse droppings. Tells us on the phone that this is a new mouse, the old one had left (how do you know?) and that the same traps should work. Tells me to call me back in 3 days if there is still a problem. We called another pest controller. They actually looked around and found an infestation of mice as well as entry points. This man is lazy and doesn't know how to do his job. Avoid like the plague.

They are absolutely awful; they did a sluggish, substandard job. This pest control company have no decency and little pride in the job they do.
Please avoid them if you can. Their customer service is non-existent and borders on abusive. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Service & Ridiculous Overcharging

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ABC Pest Control. They charged a shocking £225 for a visit that lasted barely 5 minutes. All the technician did was put down some mouse poison – the exact same kind you can buy yourself on Amazon for around £5. No thorough inspection, no real treatment, and absolutely no explanation or follow-up.

To make things worse, their customer service is non-existent. I tried reaching out for clarification about the charges, and got no proper response. It honestly felt like a complete rip-off.

Avoid this company unless you enjoy being overcharged for something you could do yourself in under 10 minutes. I would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The guys pulled everything out and did a great job and went through everything they was doing with me.

I can only assume this company is a scam. Chris came round, spent 5 minutes putting down some boxes and then left taking £125 of my money and did not leave me a receipt or invoice. He said all his residential work is cash in hand - Interesting!. A week later we called him back as his boxes had not worked. Again another 5 minutes opening the boxes to then be told that they had not been in any of the boxes and suggested I got some poison off Amazon. Have asked for a refund as he did not do the job we paid him for but he is now ignoring our calls and texts. I will be reporting him and this company to all concerned.

SHOCKING!!! It's all very misleading! I booked the service as I was told it was Buzz Bees Pest control. I checked the reviews and they were excellent. I was unaware that ABC pest control turned up, assuming it was Buzz Bees. He rushed around laid 4 boxes of bait and left. There was no report, he didn't leave me a key for the boxes and he said there was no follow up visit which they have to do to collect the bait. It turns out they have taken over Buzz Bees but Chris who now runs is not equipped. There was no service! I just paid £125 for 4 boxes of bait, that i could have purchased from Amazon for £32.

If I could give 0 then I would. Really rubbish, came and did a fast walk about, took the money and legged it out as fast as he could. Left bait stations with very low concentration bait and promised me that the rat would come out and take it, but it hasn’t. I’ve called and texted so many times but does not reply or answer. I’ve had to get a different company in now and paying twice

Never never use this company , my elderly mum just wasted alot of money on treatment that didn't work , called man bk today on phone who told me to tell my mum to suffer for another week then he will charge her again to come out , then put phone down on me when I said I will report him and his company , total con company , even the multiple numbers under the mobile number are all fake !! Shall be reporting to trading standards

Spraying and fogging of rooms
Was advised of what steps to follow to help with eradication
After three visits we have had no more bed bugs

Worst company ever!! They have left poison behind and refuse to collect it. The service they provide is disgusting. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. The owner Chris is very argumentative and uses a lot of excuses for the poor service and the workmenship that this company provides. Did not provide a report when one was requested and had to chase him up for couple of days and then he said he did not even see the messagges and emails.

Pretty sh** tbh. Didn’t solve the problem, were unpleasant to deal with and charged a lot of money.

Shockingly bad company. Where do I begin? Firstly they did not solve the problem and we still have an infestation. Secondly they charge absolutely outrageous amounts of money and DONT solve the problem. We have spent a total of £650… for what? And believe you me we have been on top of this problem and extremely thorough in timings and treating it. Thirdly, they promised a free third treatment if the problem isn’t solved to which we were delighted about and asked them if they would kindly proceed with this offer to which they REFUSED. Fourthly they were utterly condescending and EXTREMELY rude to deal with. I am quite frankly shocked at this company. They are a complete scam and rip off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Makes me so sad that inconsiderate, thoughtless and misogynistic people like this exist :(

We spent £650 for nothing. They came twice and their treatment was ineffective. They said they would come a third time for free to finish the job but now they’re refusing. Very poor service. Our bed bugs haven’t gone.

Avoid this company at all cost! they are scam. They tell you after the second one the third one is free. You get in touch with them after the first one and they don't answer or take ages to come and do the second one, then you do the second one way after (you pay again) and when you try again to do the third one they say have been to long between one and the other one and they wont do it for free because is not their fault..unbelievable. Also the second time they came with a liquid instead the smoke and leave the beds sheets of the rooms completely wet, pretty disgusting. Avoid them at all cost
