This agency works hard for your business. They respond promptly and expertly, and over a period of several weeks. I received great service from all the representatives working on my itinerary, but Cory Freeman provided the last bit of info that allowed me to finally purchase my flights. They remain responsive even after my purchase. I really appreciate this agency - they secured non-stop transoceanic flights for us at a GREAT price.

Everybody is friendly and patient, even when things take a little longer. I have booked uncountable trips with them and always got the same outstanding service. Abc Travel got to expensive their prices are outrageous. Found another Agency won’t be able to buy tickets from them anymore Atlanta Frankfurt flights too expensive. Flying with a Family of 4 10K.

We've been booking our airline tickets through ABC Travel for a number of years now, and every single time, we've had incredible customer service on the phone and unbeatable ticket prices. Very pleased and highly recommend!

I booked a flight that has an interesting switch over where I have to change airports myself between Newark and La Guardia. This was something I was intually unaware of but didn't mind. However, I was trying to add another checked bag but couldn't do so through the airline website. Upon calling then not only did they say they couldn't help me but, told me that when I switched airlines myself that I would need to pay again for my checked bags. This was not something ABC travel made me aware of as I was promised at least one checked bag and now I'm hearing I might need to pay for both of mine. This is something I felt could be easily resolved but ABC Travels lack of 24/7 assistance coupled with the fact that when they are open they're wait times are often an hour plus to get someone, it just makes getting anything fixed a hassle. This is the second time I've had a major issue with them and honestly I feel this will be the last time I go with them. They're great if literally nothing goes wrong and everything works perfect but, even the smallest thing can turn I to a huge fiasco that they just don't fix in a timely manner. (Edit: finally got in touched and was told essentially that the airline has a history of giving trouble with honoring the free check bag when the airports change yet they still continue to sell tickets for this route with no warning to their customers. Worst service I've ever encountered and in the end the discounts in not worth in when you end up having to pay extra fees that arise all alone)

Had my debit card tied up for over a week with a double charge that left my card upside down. If you don't have more than 2x the amount needed for your ticket don't use this service. They will give you any excuse to point the blame on anything else including the customer. My charge eventually fell off 9 days later. I'm moving away and it really did ruined my last few days at home before I left. They offered bothing in compensation. I told the "agent" I would not use them again he said "that's fine e we can't force you" this company doesn't want or deserve business. Stay away.

To abc my exp with you was adversarial at best. The agent even said that you did nothing to help the charge fell off on its own. Add a warning.

I realized I didn’t give myself enough time for a layover during an international flight. I requested rebooking and was called the same day. The service agent was super helpful and provided me options. So glad I went through this service for my travel plans

Traveling in these times can be very nerve-wrecking and lead to extreme stress. It can start with booking a ticket and coping with the constant airline and flight changes to asking silly questions like when do I receive a ticket??? But knowing that I can count on the excellent, friendly service of the agents reassures me that all will go well...And it always has!!!
