Its ok but got given bread with only 2 days best before date left on it that then went mouldy because i couldnt eat it all in 2 days , fruit turning up bruised or old or soft , its not cheap so I dont expect my items to be delivered like that I can get better from a supermarket , I started buying feom there because I dont want to buy from supermarket but I definitely aint going to keep wasting money here so will be finding somewhere else

Your fruit shouldn't be arriving in that condition at all, and this is far from the experience we want you to have. I’ll personally be sharing your feedback on the fruit and veg with our specialist team here so that they can look into what’s gone wrong.
We receive our organic bread fresh from our bakers, who don’t use any unnecessary improvers, additives or preservatives. It tastes incredible for it – and can mean that the shelf life is a little shorter than your average loaf which uses artificial ingredients. Having said that, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your loaf, and have shared this with our bakery Buying team as it’s really important feedback. I’d like to chat to you about some alternatives from our bakery range that I think could be great options.

They have speciality foods which are so delicious - and all organic. Ordering is easy and it turns up at your door before you leave for work. They were a Godsend during covid. Superb company
Abel and Cole is an excellent organic delivery company and I would thoroughly recommend them. I have been a customer for many years, going back to when they only delivered vegetable boxes. Now their range is huge and varied. Their organic produce is top class and they provide a welcome alternative to supermarkets many of whom do not treat their suppliers fairly. The customer service is very good and any issues are resolved quickly, although problems are rare. That is unusual these days but very welcome. Apart from the fresh fruit and vegetables I would especially recommend their dairy section and their bakery section, in particular everything from the Authentic Bread Company. Best bread ever!

This is a company that offers a good service both to Farmers and their customers and its important for the public to support them, in order to shift the monopoly of supermarkets which have ruled the roost for far too long and have been allowed the power to dictate to their suppliers , thus meaning that the public are under a hidden cartel and are often coerced by honest or even dishonest means to part with their cash for food that has been artificially kept fresh by questionable means with the dilusion of bargain prices and as a supporter of our farmers, i am more than happy to ignore the middleman and buy direct from the very people that have grown and nurtured the product by honest means without putting profit over quality and the service provided by Abel & Cole is second to non and they obviously care about their customers, unlike your local supermarket that simply sees you as a means of profit , with neither care nor worry as to what you may buy from them is of any benefit or goodness , as long as it increases their profit

I have been buying from Abel&Cole for several years.
I have been buying from Abel&Cole for several years- about 7 years I think. I am a very satisfied customer. The fresh produce is always REALLY FRESH and top quality.,And there is a good selection of pantry items, chilled products and so on. Far too many products to highlight individually..In summary an extensive range of quality food, most of which is organic, which is important to me. On the very occasional time that there has been a problem it has been rectified immediately.
The customer service team are pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. Also,the deliveries are good with a time slot given. And finally the delivery drivers are excellent too.
I have recommended Abel&Cole over the years and continue to do so.

My experience with Abel and Cole has been very positive. They pretty well always have what I've ordered, it's delivered promptly by polite delivery people, and meat is always delivered on ice to keep it fresh. If they haven't had what I've ordered they've made substitutions, and if those substitutions haven't worked they've been very understanding. The produce is excellent and of a very high standard.
