A visit to Bells

We visited Bells after a really disappointing kitchen appointment elsewhere. We had the most uplifting experience from the moment we walked in! Everyone said good afternoon with friendliness no pressure. We walked in and saw a kitchen that made us feel how you should when making such a big purchase!! It was an ex display kitchen, not something we even realised you could purchase.
We cannot thank Claire Hunt enough her helpfulness, expertise, problem solving, making it work and going generally going above and beyond to help us. You are AMAZING 🤩
We made several visits to Bells had a coffee, shopped cards, art to match our new kitchen ofcourse!
In each visit we were greeted in such a friendly manner by all the staff there. It is a truly lovely shopping experience from a card to a kitchen purchase, we highly recommend ⭐️

The fire is great, service is fab

The fire is great. The service and delivery from Bell was very good. I can’t stand companies that don’t deliver on their promises. Easy to navigate around the site and delivery was prompt. Would use them again. Thanks

Good place to buy but their delivery…

Good place to buy but their delivery restrictions made it very awkward. Originally insisted someone had to be in to accept the delivery and said there would be a charge if we were not there to take it. I phoned and explained we would likely be out during the day so I said that maybe I should just cancel the order - told there would be a charge despite have no more than a general idea when it would be delivered so could hardly stay in all day. They then said it could be left at the property if I emailed to say I would accept responsibility for it (I have lots delivered without me be here!! I emailed accordingly. The next day they arrived when i was out and did not leave the parcel - very frustrating. Call Bell and they eventually arranged for a delivery later in the day. So all ended well. However, a very frustrating process and I would not have ordered from them if I knew they were so restrictive.

Company and product was great, delivery was diabolical

Company and product was great, the delivery service was diabolical, the driver blocked my neiboughs driveway and he could not get out, when she got it off the lorry she was not helpfull in helping to get it to the front door and just left it sitting in the middle of the driveway so no cars could get in or out

Thank you for your feedback regarding the delivery.

I have reviewed the delivery photo along with the location, and I can confirm that the dispatch emails do state that delivery is to be made on a kerbside basis. From the proof of delivery image, it appears that the driver placed the item by your front door, which goes beyond what would typically be expected for a standard kerbside delivery.

That said, we do value your feedback and will ensure this is passed on to the delivery company for their review. We will also include your comments regarding the driver blocking a neighbour’s driveway; however, we will note that in a cul-de-sac it can sometimes be difficult to avoid this entirely.

Great price

Keuco is an excellent brand.
The toilet roll holder is expensive but absolutely well worth it.
Bell was the cheapest retailer online.
Product well wrapped & delivered quickly 👍🏻

Offered us only 40% of our delivery…

Offered us only 40% of our delivery that we had bought and paid for due to claimed shortages.
However, I could order plenty at their new, higher (double) price it seems.
That is dishonest and theft.
