Great service

Would like to take this opportunity to appreciate and cheer these drivers they are super nice , I managed to ask one of them their names ( Clive) took his time to explain and sort my confusion out regarding my journey and suggested another possible route and bus. Great guy, kept smiling and made sure I understood well enough, thanks for making my day!

345 stop R in Peckham ,bus always late…

345 stop R in Peckham ,bus always late from 22:00 pm 10-15 minutes late, also often there are baby gangs that very often enter without paying and the driver who lets them in for free, this is often because there are no controls especially in areas where security needs to be reinforced, for the uncommonality of passengers and the driver, seeing that in honest citizens who pay and then see other people do not pay, for which service we are paying, all this is not normal

156 Route

I travel on the 156 route almost everyday and I travel quite early to avoid traffic delays. You would think that that would make a bus appear on time. But no. Often the one I want just doesn’t arrive but it should exist as it’s time is in the schedule. The tracker is pointless as often it only shows the time table and not reality.

Avoid this company if you can

Avoid this company if you can. Take Flixtrain. The first time I travelled with them (last year), I asked the female ticket inspector for help regarding two 'boys' in their 20s who were not wearing masks and were purposely coughing on people as they passed by. They were verbally aggressive to me as well, after I had politely asked them to stop coughing on people, but even more so once I came back to my seat without help (I had told them I was going to alert the ticket inspector if they didn't stop, which made them angry, but I wanted to give them an incentive to stop before involving the train's staff). They should have been thrown off the train, but no, quite the opposite. The ticket inspector whom I requested help from immediately stopped checking tickets and literally ran away (ok, power walked at top speed, but almost at the same speed as if she had been running) to the other end of the train and locked herself in the staff cabin. No joke! It was farcical! All the passengers who witnessed her bizaare reaction were shaking their heads in disbelief. I wrote an email to the company to explain the situation and they didn't care. They said they would speak to her (I gave them all the necessary details) but that, due to employee privacy reasons, they couldn't discuss anything with me. I don't think they even followed it up. Sadly, they do not appear to give a s#^t about passenger safety. Unfortunately I had to use their services again just this weekend -- even though I didn't want to -- due to lack of any other alternative (Flix train doesn't yet operate on the route I was taking). I observed a young woman who needed help. She was being harassed by a group of teenagers. Of course, no staff were to be seen anywhere. Luckily passengers were willing to help her (initiated by myself). Much later on a male staff member walked past and completely ignored everyone, even though he clearly noticed that an altercation had taken place. If someone was getting murdered I honestly don't think they would do anything to intervene. The staff clearly hate their jobs and don't give two hoots about anyone. Probably just turning up to collect their wages until they can find a better job. Sad (and frankly dangerous. Call the police or ambulance if you have a problem as the staff will simply turn a blind eye).
