ABI recently fitted a Hormann automatic garage door. The ordering process was very good and an expected delivery date given at that time. I received a call when the door was due to be fitted confirming a date that was a little longer than at first expected, this may have been due to deliveries during Covid.
Having not heard anything from ABI for a few weeks, I phoned them the afternoon before just to check the fitters would be arriving as planned. I was told that 2 teams of fitters had rung in sick that day and they would rearrange another date. As I had taken the day off work when the fitters were due this left me no time to cancel the days holiday.
This was rearranged for the following Saturday so that I wouldn’t have to take more holidays after I told them to cancel the order. I later found out from a builder friend that they had been fitting doors on a new housing development and that is why the cancelled my appointment.
Greg and Steve did a fantastic job with the fitting and showed me how everything worked. They tidied up and left everything clean.
I would have given 5 stars if they had rung me a few days beforehand and not me having to chase them up.

Recently had a Hormann LPU42 Supramatic E Series double garage door supplied and fitted by ABi Doors and i am very please with the price compared to other places, the service is great and so is the quality of the door, the 2 guys that came out to fit it were very helpful and knew what they were doing, it took them about 5-6hrs to install and afterwards they cleaned everything away and explained how to use the door etc, i am just in the process of ordering another door from them 5*

Excellent service from James/Chris and the team .. we had an initial delay from when we ordered due to Covid issues with their suppliers, but we were kept up to date with what was happening and revised fitting dates.

We would have no hesitation in recommending ABi!

Really happy with the garage doors. The team that installed it were great too.

Delivered 100% from start to finish. Consulted, understood exactly what we were looking for. Didn’t push for us to go with the highest value option, instead quoted for a couple of options each of which met our needs. Advised us what style of mechanism to choose to as they had noted that the garage was used as a gym therefore space is a valuable asset! The quality and look of the garage door is brilliant along with the installation.

I don’t normally do reviews on here but this company deserved a review! From start to finish, the service from ABI Garage Doors was second to no company I have dealt with in any field. From the initial phone call to the final installation this company has been as professional and courteous as could be. Punctuality and professionalism is key to me and this company were exceptional in these departments. We were kept in the loop from start to finish even in these difficult times. The service was prompt & efficient leaving nothing to be wanted by us. I would not hesitate to use this company for any of my future needs.... and I would highly recommend this company to any one requiring a garage door.... one very satisfied customer

Really disappointed. I was talked into ordering by a plausible salesman who said he owned the firm. Fitters booked a Friday morning, arrived after noon and left at 3pm not having completed. Said they would return Saturday 3pm. So I cancelled my weekend at the coast thinking I could go the next weekend. (Lockdown put a stop to that.) The fitters didn't come and didn't telephone.  Monday; office managers told me a series of fibs in attempt to fob me off. The work, when eventually completed, was OK but this customer didn’t enjoy the way he was treated.
