We needed a window opener for my 96 year old mother-in-law to open and shut the window for her cat, but could only find litter pickers locally and online until I googled ''aid to open window for the elderly'' and got onto the Ability Superstore website. The opener is brilliant, well made and totally does what was advertised. We have given the details to the hospital ward mother-in-law was on as they were interested also.

I wanted an adjustable back rest for my motorhome but had great difficulty getting one to fit as the beds are narrow.

Found exactly what I wanted at the Ability Superstore and telephoned to make sure they were in stock. Customer Service said they would check and call me be and within a few minutes they were back on the phone telling me that it was in stock.

Brilliant, I ordered it online and it was delivered despatched within an hour or so and delivered the next day.

What more could you ask for...thanks so much it fits just right and I will definitely be returning

I had a really positive experience from Ability Superstore, the only reservation I have is with their Courier Yodel. The van driver had to late deliver on two occasions due to their "Courier Home Delivery" putting a red sticker on "Unable to find my address".
This would not happen with The Post Office.

i had a chat with elaine , i found her very helpfull, she is good at her job, even though i couldnt see her i felt very relaxed talking to her, elaine was very helpfull to the product i was after. with my mobility the product is very good for me , but i must say when it is stationary it could do with a hand brake. regards john. ps it was for my wife..

I needed help to put my support stockings on after my knee operation and found the right think in a sort time looking at the list on the computer.and buying was very easy for a 72yr old no problems at all.If I need anything else I know were to look.
